I've been using Waggin Tails since 2015 after using a different kennel to where I can tell my dog was not happy going to.Every time I put together my dogs things to take him to Waggin Tails, my dog gets so excited (because he know's where we are going) that we can't leave fast enough, it's the funnest thing to see.I am so happy to have a fun safe place to take my buddy when it's time that I have to leave this beautiful Island.Thank you so much Barry and Tamara for being there for us at our time of need.

My dog absolutely loves this place! Jack Russell Toby gets nothing but the best care from the best animal lovers on Maui. He loves his vaca at Maui Kennels ! Love ❤️ it ! And Toby does too! Tamara and Barry deeply care about pets and it shows when I pick up Toby.

This is the best dog groomers and kennels on Maui. Barry and Tamera really care about your furry friends. I took my dog Matrix in for a new "do" and he has never looked better.They were quick to respond to making an appointment, and easy to work with.They also have wonderful boarding kennels if you ever need a Hotel for your dog or cat.

Stop by for a visit at Maui Kennels. When you walk in, you get the feeling of being Upcountry. There is on site grooming as well as fresh baked healthy treats for your pets. There is retail such as top quality vitamins and shampoos. The guests are constantly listening to music and TVs at night time. Guests always go home with a "Waggin Tail".

The owners were very nice hand helped us with our needs. We look forward to the next time we use them. We were happy to see that our dog was happy to be there before it was time to go. We highly recommend this kennel!!

I never expected to write this review :(We had used this kennel to board our dog several times and had been happy with them until our dog's last visit. Unfortunately the last time our dog was there she was injured by another dog to the point of needing surgery and months of follow up vet visits. Sadly it has been six months since her injury and she is still not 100% and it doesn't look like she ever will be.While I understand dogs will be dogs and that cannot always be controlled, I do not understand why I filled out and signed paperwork stating that if my dog caused injury to another dog I would be responsible for the other dogs vet bills but somehow these owners are not responsible for our $700+ vet bills.We have asked several times to be put in touch with the other dogs owners only to be ignored by the owners of Waggin Tails.If you send your dog here please do not take any solace in the paperwork you fill out, it means nothing;

Waggiin tales can't be topped, my dog has made several (12+) visits for a week or more, when he sees Barry he is very excited and knows he's going to play a (lot. I'm sorry the one person had a bad experience. When I got my he was sprayed and smelled fine. He was clean. the food I brought for him was used proportionals to what he eats at home , a good indication he was content. they picked up my car and my car at the airport and picked me up with my car and dog after a reasonable wait at the airport on my return with his leash and toys in a bag and remaining dog food. At one time picked up my dog at the hospital and brought him back only to pick him up again at the airport. I can't say enough good things about Waggin Tails, they are good community people, in fact my dog is there right now. He is very aggressive I am always surprised to see he never has any remnants of fighting even though he is exposed to other dogs and see pictures of him playing with others as well as the owners
