Jose is super accommodating! He's the type of guy who makes customers feel comfortable asking him anything 'cause he's non-judgmental, for real. He helped me set up my FirstNet plan, and I didn't even know about this option until he told me about it. I appreciate his patience! Customer service 100/10.
I'd give Chasen 10/10 customer service too. He's fast and takes the time to go over everything we need to know about my phone plan/ how billing changes & etc. until we're good. Mahalo, guys!

Chasen was great, extremely knowledgeable and proficient at his job. I came in after losing my phone expecting a huge headache of transferring numbers and password resets but I couldn’t have been more mistaken. Chasen had me in and out in 20 mins set up with a brand new phone. Got me set up just right. appreciate u bro!

I don’t remember her name. She had a beautiful smile and warm personality. I entered the Mililani location approximately @ 12:30. I waited for a few minutes and then was greeted by the service rep. She was knowledgeable and efficient in completing the task. I was grateful for her patience and friendliness.

I stopped by the store today , looking to purchase a phone , the sales associate was helpful , however when it came to the manager , it was a different story , I was given erroneous information by this individual concerning the phone I wished to purchase , I have been a AT&T customer for over 20 years , and my recommendation is do not waste your time or money at this particular AT&T store , you will be better served going elsewhere

Chasen was super nice and cool. I came in to swap carriers and be added to my husband's line, and he totally upgraded the situation by selling me a new phone for almost the price of nothing. Total deal. Plus he was really easy going and easy to talk to.

I went into AT&T, having one of the worse days. So much had happened and then my phone literally died. (Due to a large situation with Best Buy mainland) But I was greeted almost immediately by Chasen who was nothing but positive through our whole visit. He listened to my issue and patiently ran through option AND cost. I stress COST. That is very important to me and many others who live in Hawaii. After running through everything and answering any questions I had, we came to a very great decision that resolved my issue AND only increased my bill about $20. That was mind blowing!!! I'm very appreciative and fortunate to have been helped by an amazing person who had great customer service and understood immediately the help I needed. Chasen, you are an asset to Mililani AT&T, and I hope they recognize that. Great Job! Thank you for everything! You made a very bad day turn into a better one. ??

Nainoa helped me out and was very professional and knowledgeable. I was not planning on purchasing a new phone but he had me sold after giving me so much great information on the phone and why it was a good deal to upgrade. He had the best customer service I have ever received at AT&T. Wonderful salesman

Steve was great took care of us totally! Also went above and beyond helping us with other tech questions. In regard to other devices at home etc. He was very nice to us and shared some family items with us like a new baby in his life thanks Steve for your awesome personality!!

Our AT&T Specialist was amazing. Not only was he a professional dedicated person, but he had a huge knowledge of every type of phone, the plans and every detail possible. He never made us feel rushed and he answered every question without hesitation!
