Central Self Storage provides a pleasant customer experience with personable, knowledgeable, and efficient staff who solve problems and make the process quick and easy. The general area is clean and the location is perfect, with a restroom available. However, some exterior lights on the second floor had missing bulbs, making it hard to see inside a storage unit during clean-out, and there was no attendant on duty at that time. Staff consistently go above and beyond to make customers feel valued.

Had a little shock when they were going to raise my storage fee. However I went in and Renee, I hope I spelled her name right, was able to help me keep my rate as is. Super fast service and good communication!
