Poor customer service! Looking for small screws to complete home project. 3 PM Friday. Literally, no employee to be found on store floor. Went to cashier and requested assistance .Waited for 10 minutes no one came. They obviously need more employees.

Unfortunately every time I need a tool or something else and I visit City Mill they don't carry it. Waste of time even going there.

Large selection of household items. Newly opened large gardening department on the Diamond head end of the store. I came to look for an lawnmower or mower parts. Unfortunately they only stock 1 replacement blade and a spark plug tool.

City Mill's great customer service keeps me coming back for my hardware needs. There is always staff to quickly assist me. You rarely get that at the big box stores.

City Mill in Mililani used to be my favorite place to shop. Not so much anymore these days. Needed a heavy duty extension cord to run to a charger in my garage. $94 +tax in the store vs. $38 on Amazon delivered to my front door.....which do you think I bought from? I get it, overhead, inflation, and shipping problems have all contributed to higher prices, but $100 bucks for an extension cord?! I desperately want to support the local businesses, especially after this COVID-19 nonsense, but as my economic professor at UH stated time and time again; "most things point to economics." And another thing.....looks like they've had a great deal of turnover in that store when it comes to employees.....long check out lines and cashiers that have poor cash-handling skills or simply cannot compute a customers change without looking at the screen 3X is a recipe for disaster.

city mill has the worst online shopping website i have ever seen. when type in what you are looking for it shows you a different product or cannot find. better to shop at lowes, home depot their online website is much much better. i didn't want to give them a one star, they are better off with no star try it out yourself

There was a time years ago when this establishment touted itself on the high level of personalized customer service of its floor staff. I find the customer service at its Mililani store to be no better than its competitors. In particular, a few of its cashiers need additional training to properly address customer questions without "attitude". Experienced this at least several times during the past 18 months. I now prefer its competition and only frequent City Mill as a last resort.

We came here because hubby was looking for a specific item. He found what he was looking for. The store was pretty big and everything was well organized. Each aisle was labeled so that what you're looking for is easy to find. Check out is near the front. As I was walking, I was greeted by an employee and he asked me if I needed help. I told him that I was fine. Then he proceeded to say Have a great day! I told him you as well. He was polite and kind. Too bad I didn't catch his name on his name tag. Plenty of parking up front. I would come back with hubby if he needed something here and if we are in the area.

Before your workers accuse me of being a man walking into the Women's bathroom, make sure you know what you're talking about. Don't assume because I don't have makeup, jewelry, a dress or long hair that I must be a man!!!! I also did not appreciate him pointing me out and telling another employee about a man (me) going into the Women's bathroom within my earshot. And yes I AM A WOMAN!Ass***e!! State law also allows you to use the bathroom based on your sexual identity, whether you like it or not!! Would he have said anything if I used the Men's bathroom? Highly unlikely!!! Won't be coming back to this store. The one star is for the guy behind the screen place who helped me find fertilizer for my grass.

If I could add zero stars I would. They couldn't even cut a copy of a key right! I drove all the way over to Mililani to make a copy of a key and it didn't work..

City Mill in Mililani really helped me out when I was in a crunch. I desperately needed a window screen and they were able to do it for me in just a few hours. Special thanks to Avila, Bonnie, Aser and Joshua for making it happen! Mahalo! :)
