Comet Towing did a terrific job towing my car from Wahiawa to Pearl City on a busy Veteran's Day Saturday Morning. Driver Wayne was so knowledgeable, skillful, friendly, and nice. He's no ka 'oi!

Wayne of comet towing is nothing short of amazing. I had a 7:45 am appointment for my car at Honda for repairs so I needed a tow very early in the morning. I spoke with Wayne the day before and asked if he was able to swing by at around 7am. Wayne is typically busy around the early mornings due to regular tow jobs at designated tow sights but he was kind to squeeze me in. Wayne called me at around 6:45am and got to my place before 7am, talk about responsive! He is very friendly and was so easy to work with too, it was like speaking to a close relative. Wayne has been in the towing business for about 18 years so he has lots of experience. We arrived at Honda at around 7:30am. After dropping off my vehicle with Honda, Wayne actually asked if I needed a ride back home since he was heading back in that direction anyway. Definitely not something I expected nor is it something I believe he does on a regular day. I was extremely appreciative either way. Out of all towing experiences I've had (all if not most of which have been good), Comet Towing has definitely been the best. His price was also very fair and the customer service overall was fantastic. Wayne and Comet Towing is a towing business at the top of my list of business to call when in need of a tow.

Car wouldn't start. stuck at Aiea P.O. called dealership, who recommended Wayne of Comet Towing. He was able to diagnose the problem on the spot and fix it! Charged nominal fee for service call, no additional repair cost.Awesome!!

Wayne and his partner helped me get my BMW R1200RT to get repaired. He came on time and took good care of my bike. Highly recommend comet towing if you are in need of towing your bike no matter how big or small it is comet will do it right.

Wayne said that he was in town handling an errand and it would be an hour or so, 5 minutes later he rang us back and said he be here in 20 minutes. 15 minutes later, he was helping us out. The thorough troubleshooting pinpointed the issue, and now my truck is back on the road. Their number is now in my phone.

I will not call another towing besides comet. I used comet three different times and his prices are great, hes fast and always so friendly. Its should be friendly, honest and dependable towing.

Comet Towing, Wayne Sakuma - absolutely the best in service! Our reliable 2007 Lexus would not start after months of sitting in the garage due to covid. We used a battery charger, bought a new battery, checked fuses, googled/researched similar startup issues -NOTHING worked. After a few weeks of this, we decided it may be a major problem. We called Mililani Auto Repair. We were given two suggestions. We are so grateful that Wayne at Comet answered our call. He was able to get the Lexus to start after a few minutes of his own research and using his own battery charger. The problem was related to the dis/arming of the security system. We would never have figured it out. But because of this crazy covid time, he says he has quite a few calls with similar issues. We just want to say THANK YOU for the patient, knowledgable service Wayne provided. We highly recommend Comet Towing!
