They constantly mess up my medication or take the order a they don’t have any in stock leaving me sick for days at times? I guess this is why they are going out of business. I mean you guys are rude are mean an don’t even get my medication right. So tired of this staff they need a new staffing

I initially started having my prescription filled there about 30 yrs ago. I changed location due to bad customer service. So took my business to Longs at the Mililani Market Place. And they were excellent! It's too bad they shut down. So I had no choice but to go back to the Mililani Town Center Longs to fill my prescriptions. And their customer service at the pharmacy has even gotten worse! Cashiers at the pharmacy look like they don't want to be there, not very helpful and boy do they have an attitude! I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I even discourage people to not go there if they have another pharmacy that they could go to. They are just terrible!

Why won't Yelp let reviewers give negative stars???!This review is specifically for the pharmacy inside Longs. I visited the walk-in clinic inside Longs and was prescribed several prescriptions. Since I was already here, I had the doctor send my prescription to this location. Big mistake!!!! I was initially told by the assistant that it will take an hour for my prescriptions to be filled. She said to get in line after an hour if I don't hear my name called on their speaker. I got in line an hour later to find out that it will take another 15-20 minutes. I'm here coughing up a storm and not feeling well. I seriously don't want to be hanging around your store for that long!!! When I asked for my prescription to be transferred to the Longs closer to my house, I was told that my particular prescription can't be transferred!! Next time, you guys should be more conservative with your estimation. I could have just gone home and had someone else pick up my prescription instead of waiting at your store while I hack up a lung. Twenty minutes later and my prescription is still not ready and the line has gotten extremely long. Seriously Longs, if you guys are short staffed you should hire more people!

This is a good store with wonderful, happy, and helpful employees. The fact that it is open 24 hours a day is a bonus. I would like to nominate Margo as 'employee of the year'. She is always looking out for the customers best interest and being helpful in every way she can. She certainly is a great ambassador for Longs.

This Longs is located at the Mililani Town center and it's been a family staple for many years. That's why I was so surprised when I received such dismissive service at the pharmacy from someone named Celesity. When I approached to ask questions about the blood pressure machines, I was the only one at the counter. She seemed so annoyed with me that I had questions and that I wanted to pay there instead of walking upfront. During the middle of the transaction, I realized that she never gave me an opportunity to enter in my CVS number to use my savings. When I told her we forgot to enter my number, she just said "too late", sorry. I've never had that situation occur there where the clerk was so rude about being helpful. Especially when I was the only one there.

Hubby, daughter and I came here to just get random stuff. I ended up picking up a kiwi strawberry Arizona canned drink. This was actually good. I haven't tried this flavor before. I typically get the mango one or the green iced tea. It was 99 cents but $1.05 including tax. They sell so many cool items from food to beauty etc. It seemed to be busy during the afternoon. Store was clean and items were easy to find.Plenty of parking up front and across the store. I would definitely come back if I am in the area. Great place to grab snacks and drinks.

Really grateful that this pharmacy is open 24/7 and that it had the product we were looking for. However, customer service goes a long way. I didn't catch her name, but she seemed to be the only employee working at the pharmacy on the night of 28SEP22, around 2200. Our family was frantically looking for a product for our child and she was quite rude to me and my husband over the phone. She was also rude to my husband when he went to go pick up the product. Soft skills are important when working in a field that requires empathetic communication. We were very worried and concerned parents and did not expect someone in pharmacy to have such a distasteful demeanor. I understand that everyone has different things going on in their life, but this is one of those instances when adding unnecessary tension is inappropriate.

Review purely based on Qiera (worker) help. First I kindly asked her if had a product in the back cause the shelf was empty and she immediately says no and tubes away. I then asked if she could check the near by longs since there's 3 longs in mililani. She then rolled her eyes came back and tells me "You can call the other longs" like Mary first of all that's what by you working to help the customers and i didn't even know which longs she was calling. So oh well... just went to Walmart since it's right there.

I have the worst experience today that made me so upset with Alexa at the pharmacy that a common name that she doesn't . She kept me repeating to say my husband name for freaking 3 times like really . The 3rd time I had to yell my husbands name and spelled it out to her for the 3rd time coz she thought my husbands name is BAUL like are you kidding me ?? She was like oh I just want to make sure that it's the correct name with a sassy attitude and I had enough and yelled back at her and said like you keep repeating it and that I shut her off. I'm sorry longs for today but please trained her well and make sure she will listen to the customer because what happened today was so upsetting and this is the first time that an Incompetent and sassy staff at the pharmacy. I've been ur customer for 6 yrs and never had any problem Until today with Alexa that doesn't know the most common name PAUL.

Self checkout sucks as well as the bilingual cashiers that work there... I go in everyday and i have problems with the registers... and some don't even take cash!!!!!!!! HORRRIBLE

This pharmacy is an unreliable in regards to controlled subscriptions. Multiple times I have to wait for the pills; but Pharmacy locations like the one in Mauka side would have them. But not only will this Pharmacy not have them many time overs, twice I had to get my son’s prescription mailed out again because THEY held the prescription last the due date. I am aware of going to the other pharmacy locations and that is what I will do. I gave this pharmacy multiple chances but many times they let me down. Just not worth going to from my experiences. I try so hard to get them the benefit of doubt but it’s better to stay away from this Pharmacy.

I agree the Mililani Town Center Longs has the worst customer service in comparison to the other locations in the area. On multiple occasions, the female cashiers in the front of the store have been rather unfriendly or unhelpful. Often times feeling like it's an inconvenience for them to do their job. Seriously needing of customer service training at this location.

I just love this Long's since I've been shopping here for 15 years. I've always been treated well by the staff.
