If I could give zero stars I would for this location (mililani). The man was extremely rough with the jab giving blood. I immediately felt shooting pain to my wrist. I told him and he just said sorry and kept drawing the blood. It's been 4 weeks and still have pain. Have to be seen by a doctor to figure out if he hit tendon or just nerves. Management isn't going to do anything about it, so please be vigilant with who and where you let draw your blood.

terrible experience,,, the pain shot down to my wrist.. as I told him that really hurt.. all he said was do you want me to stop,, never again with this guy, he was very rough. Now I still have that shooting pain to my wrist,,3 days later..should be no stars

I’ve only encountered 1 nice, competent staff here, a woman. I have been treated very rudely in the past to where I just left. The worst one was yesterday when my poor 16 yr old daughter needed a draw and a guy in glasses was super rough with the needle and didn’t even ask if she was doing okay. It was completely uncalled for. We’ve done this alot and there is no need to case that much pain.

Ok... so I go here to get blood work done on oct 12 around 8:15am... Pulled number 11... as I'm waiting I'm on my phone texting my daughter about my grandchild who was just diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia.. African American man calls out number 11... I hear it but I'm a little out of touch cuz my concern is my grandson... he yells it out again.. I raise my hand and get up.. HE GLARES AT ME!! I follow him inside where he asks "ID and insurance card"... NO PLEASE, NO THANK YOU.. Takes a copy of it and hands it to me abruptly...like he was sooo irritated at me or hated being there at his job greeting people.... I get my blood taken and I ask the make nurse if he knew his name.. he said "no" that this guy is a greeter and used to do covid testing.. As I walk out I see a female nurse and I ask her.. she replied, "Darius".. So Darius needs to NOT be a greeter, or get some training in treating people nicely, or just quit.. and get a job where there's no interaction with others.. I go outside and bump into my cousin who just went earlier... she tells me the same thing.. this guy at the front who called her by number had such a BAD and TERRIBLE attitude!! I always come here to get my blood work done for my anemia, high blood pressure and thyroid check and I always bring my 91 year old aunty here to do her routine blood work.. I've never experienced such behavior before.. It's sad that this facility has this kind of employee... So Shame.. so unprofessional..

Absolutely worst staff ever tried getting a drug test and they gave me a hard time because my with my paperwork, but wouldn't explain what the problem was, I sat on the bench for 2 hours and still nothing they just telling me to wait there was literally about 6 people waiting with me. When I I kept trying to ask them they had a attitude.

I went this morning for a blood draw and urine sample. Worker in the front was pleasant. However, worker that did the blood draw was very unprofessional. The pain from the needle was very bad. I told her that I knew one person that could do it without pain. She replied " you should go and see that person". How rude! I hope I never see her again!

This is literally the worst lab service I have ever been to. After three visits they haven’t been able to understand the blood draw/ test request submitted by my wife’s doctor. They don’t answer their phone or check messages to see if the doctor has called back to clarify. The staff is extremely incompetent. We’ve spent a sum total of over 5 hours for them to not fulfill a blood draw request. They also weren’t able to see my wife’s order in the system at other locations, their excuse was that not all orders are shared within their system.

Staff is friendly, I have small veins which make them hard to find to draw blood, never had a bad experience. They are exemplary at what they do and you feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend this location..

TLDR; friendly and fast! Yelp's map is misleading. Wrong location on Yelp map-- see my photo for correct location. Blood tests don't need an appointment, only covid testing does. I dropped in around 6am. No line. Friendly staff and fast service. They took me back immediately and the blood draw was quick too. This was easily the fastest I've gotten any blood work done ever. My phlebotomist was Melissa. She was above average-- not the most pain-free needle p**** I've ever experienced, but definitely better than most. And she was super nice. She said I could log online to see my results tomorrow.
