Found your location. Google maps location indicator is off and leads you to believe it's in another building of the mall. It's behind Times. Hope they can fix that. But otherwise good service just needs to tweak the location

I have a shared branch with and credit union so I’m able to walk in and I saw a notice on December 3 that there’s limited service for shared branch members?

The staff here are very friendly. Mikie has always been really helpful and kind in any of my loan applications.

Worst FCU ever. Watch out for the assistant manager because she'll try to fight you and look for an excuse to start a fight! Terrible customer service and no respect. I went in to make a simple deposit. The teller was super friendly but the assistant manager needlessly inserted herself and started picking fights. I live overseas because of military orders but she refused to take my foreign address. Said I couldn't make a deposit unless I had a physical address in the US and not an APO. Kept being super dramatic about it. She claimed that the basic orders list addresses. I told her that's not how it works but she somehow thought she knew better than me on how it works when she wasn't a military personnel. I tried to give her my secondary address and my relative's address but wouldn't take those either. It was almost as if she was looking for an excuse to refuse service. I took my money back and took it to Schofield FCU. They were EXCELLENT. No fuss, just professional. I felt terrible for the poor Teller. I really hope the Teller finds a job somewhere else because I can tell it was a toxic work environment. Everyone working there looked miserable and like they hated their lives. Take your business somewhere else.

My very first Credit Union account, and no regrets staying with them for over 8 years now! Everyone is very friendly and professional! Transaction are always made efficiently. Loan rates are very competitive!! It's a financial institution you should keep in mind for your future financial needs! Oh, and the new credit cards are AMAZING!

Thank you to Mark and the Mililani Branch for assisting with my transactions while I no longer reside on the island. I am still being assisted promptly with my financial transactions and I am grateful .

I admit it's been about two years since I had a notary done. The last three times I just showed up at HFCU and got my document notarized. Today, I just had a simple one page affidavit that needed to be notarized. I was told I needed an appointment. I looked around and noticed I was the only customer in the whole place. There were three tellers, three people at the desks and one person in the office and no one could do a simple three line notary for me. Would have only taken less than five minutes. The teller only offered to make an appointment for me tomorrow. It was 4pm. They're open until 6pm. Told her never mind, I'll just go somewhere else. A service organization should provide service. If the place was crowded or no workers available, I'd understand but this clearly wasn't the case. Disappointed.

I've banked with HFCU for many years. My earliest memory was when my mom helped me set up my own account after I graduated high school in 2009; so it's been about 11 years. Over the years, I have never really had any issues other than thinking the mobile phone app could use a little improvement. I work in the service industry and get tipped out in cash, so I tend to save it up and deposit it when it's a significant amount ($1000+). Today I had $2300 in cash to deposit (which I had counted more than once prior to heading down to the bank). I watched the teller count my cash very slowly and in (what I thought) was a very strange way. But I figured maybe she has her own system to count money that works well for her. I'm not sure what number she got but she did say that there was $90 extra therefore assuming she got $xx90 as her amount. She then stepped away to the counter behind her and re-counted it with a different calculator and got $2200. Both numbers did not match the number I previously stated ($2300). Side note: all of this took THIRTY MINUTES for her to do! I had a feeling that something wasn't right so I re-counted the cash in front of her and indeed got $2300. If I had trusted her counting, I would have been shorted $100! I thought that a requirement to be a bank teller was to have the ability to accurately count money, but apparently not at this bank! I took my cash and told the teller never mind, I'll just go somewhere else, and left. Seriously considering just switching to a different bank or credit union.

The shittiest bank I have ever banked with! I've opened my account the ending of October, it is now December 13th and still have yet to receive my debit card! Mililani branch sucks.. I haven't received the initial debit card in the mail and when I asked to cancel that one and order a new one, the boy at the counter said that I would have to pay a $10 fee and if i wanted it ASAP, I would have to pay a $90 fee! He then went on and said they are not able to send the new one to the branch. My bills are late, I'm accumulating late fees and some of my son and I services have been cut because of this! Y'all really need to get your s*** together! Coming from banking background myself, this is the worst service ever and definitely unacceptable!

Literally awful and worth no stars at all. Customer service is slow and unorganized. If I had a choice when I created my accounts (my dad helped me when I was 17) I would've picked literally anywhere else. My card expired and they claimed to have sent me a new one on the first, nope. They sent me one on the 25th and 28th after I called twice trying to get help. (I have bills to pay on the 15th and they told me it would take 2 weeks to come in) I finally got my new card and called to cancel the one I didn't receive. I stayed on the phone on hold for 20 minutes. For doing exactly what the other representative told me to do. And it's been a pain to set up my pin. 10/10 would not recommend.

I've been a Hickam Federal Credit Union member for about 30 years. Very happy with this branch being so close to where I live. All personnel that I've dealt with have met the standard for professionalism and friendliness that I've come to expect from HFCU employees.

This was my first time dealing with Hickam (we're using them for our truck loan), and all I needed to do was an address change. I spent a few minutes trying to find them, as i thought they were in the corner unit right by the courtyard. Nope, they are pretty much down the way, pass the bathrooms, across from HICish. It looked pretty new, so im just gonna assume that they just renovated and moved here. When i walked in, no one greeted me (as a former retail worker, i'm kind of a stickler for greetings) there was one teller (with three ladies working at the desks & one guy in the side office), so i was waiting a few minutes until another worker walked in and was immediately ready to assist me. She was super pleasant, and got my address changed in a matter of minutes. 3 stars only because i wasnt super blown away with their customer service, but it was a "A-Okay" overall experience.

if i had a big fat ZERO, they would be rated just that!! been with this bank for 30+ years. they never ever provided any service like loans, all they want is your money. my daughter, husband and now my account has been hacked for the last 5 years. once your account has been hacked, they freeze your ATM card, and if you lucky, you'll get your ATM card between 7-10 business days. i needed my ATM card ASAP since i was going on a vacation within the 7 day period. they told me i had to pay $90 to expedite my card. haha... i told them they should pay or waive the $90 charge since it was their fault for allowing our account to be hacked 5 straight years, but they wouldn't budge. im pulling all my BIG $$ out, and investing somewhere else. HFCU YOU GUYS SUCK!!

I've had this account from when I was a kid c/o my grandparents that was later transferred to me. Never had any problems it closed and I tried to reopen the account later and was told I had an outstanding balance. I've never even used my account and never had a debit card. They said it was for a tmobie charge that I never had cause I've never used this account. They wouldn't work with me or help me and I wasn't able to open the account. Poor customer service all around. I really tried to make the most of my experience but for something they said would take 20 min took my entire lunch break and I still didn't get any help. Now I'm searching for a new bank that can actually assist me.
