We did 2021 and 2022 tax here with Michael, first year wasn’t too happy about it, the second year was so disappointing and so mad! I’m not sure if this guy knows what he is doing in his job. The 2022tax we ended up have to pay the IRS $86,000 and the State of HI $31,000 so total $117,000!!!! This was unacceptable, I didn’t trust this guy at all and I said to my husband this will be the last time that we used H&R Block!!! March 2024 we’re hiring the CPA to take a look at our 2022 tax and guess what??? We got a big chunk of money back!!! We got total refund about $85,000 back!!!!!! From the IRS and the state of HI

Hokulani always goes over and beyond the call of duty. She assisted me well and always gets back to me in a timely matter when I have a concerned question about my taxes.
