Went in to get some clothes for my sister and was met with Rianna the manager at this location, she gave some suggestions and made it easy since I was the only guy in the store. Rianna is so good at what she does that I ended up leaving the store with more than I intended. Love Rianna, she should open her own store one day!

Followed me around the store the entire time both times I went. And Starred at me through the mirror when they weren’t trying to seem obvious (even though it was). Didn’t ask me if I needed help, just made me feel uncomfortable. At first I thought maybe it was just me but after the second time I went I will never go back to that location again. Disgusting.

Remember back in the days? Jean Warehouse was mostly jeans and tops? They have changed it up to more stylish and colorful garments (dresses, workout outfits, sandals). They do have a 50% off section, nice area to check out, prices are reasonable for a budget girl. The staff is friendly and engaging. The manager redirected me to Pearlridge Center for a bigger selections and plus sizes. My granddaughter is not a petite size and Mililani store is mostly petite sizes. The staff wore masks as well as requirement for customer's, no hand sanitizers, and social distancing. However, I purchased a speaker FM radio system that would be an additional gift for a birthday this Sunday. Be good to yourself and stay safe!

I went into the store with my other half and her little sister and I do not shop there so I patiently waited by the door and they accused me of stealing. I called security to clarify that I did not and called the store manager and demanded an apology. The manager told me that she was then going to hang up as if I didn't deserve one. So just an fyi this is not a place to go with family members or other halves that will just wait because they might accuse you. Personally, I think it was because the way I look and that's not right either.

Cheap prices, but also most times you get what you pay for. I work nearby so I'm always stopping in. Mostly for inexpensive work pieces that I know will be ruined. I love the affordable items that just put outfits together. Camis, tanks, flowy solid tops, leggings... Honestly, everything is really cute here. I just know because of the price point, they aren't meant to last. Along with clothing, they also have jewelry, under garments, shoes/sandals, and sometimes random holiday themed items. Holiday weekends are the best time to check out clearance racks. Extra 75% can't go wrong. The employees are a hit or miss. You'll have a day with friendly gals, on other days it's like no one wants to work there. Don't expect much. Great thing about this location is that it's pretty large and there's a Jeans Warehouse Kid's right next door. Dressing rooms are available too! I would say the store is very fitted toward pre-teens/teens. But I know for sure, all ages shop at Jean's Warehouse!
