I first went to them last year when I got my kitten. The staff are all very nice. I went to them again today because my cat needed his rabies booster shot. Due to COVID, they're limiting who they allow inside; you have to call them and tell them you're outside and they will get your pet from you from your car, and return your furry friend back to you after. I did see one client go in, but maybe she was a special case. But I appreciate the lengths they're taking to keep everyone safe in these times. They also take payments over the phone, or will come out if you have cash. I bet they're busy, but I had to knock a star off because we went there only for the rabies shot, but waited an hour for everything to be done. Good thing we weren't in a rush, but if we were, it would have been annoying. Also, I thought I'd only be paying for the rabies shot but paid for an annual exam/office visit too. I didn't argue with them over it, I just asked why my $30-ish bill was $90, and they explained it. It was just a bit disappointing because that wasn't disclosed to me when I made the appointment for the shot. My cat already had his annual shots and wellness check with another clinic in October and I had told the ladies here that, and forwarded them the file. I understand they're just doing their job, and this is only my second time visiting them and my first time being fully financially responsible for a pet (with the other cat I had with my older sister, she took care of the bills and vet visits), so maybe you just have to pay for the "office visit" every time, since technically everything is an office visit??? I don't know. I should have confirmed how much this visit was going to be when I booked the appointment, so it's on me, and I ended up paying for 2 annual check ups this year....

During quarantine I adopted 3 kittens. They are the light of my life and I always feel so reassured leaving them with the staff here. Charlie, Dawn, Kristen, dr Yoshioka and dr Sakaino really know there stuff. There are some VERY rude receptionists there but I feel like the good experiences outweigh the bad

The women who answer the phone here are not helpful. Super unfriendly and are so bothered by questions. The doctors I have seen have been nice and helpful in the past. But since the COVID has taken over, you are not allowed to talk to the doctor. You can leave a message, but most of the time you are called back by the front desk person who can't answer the questions you might have. They are so unfriendly over the phone, I wonder how they treat the animals once we hand them over.

My Wife and I have 2 dogs and a cat, we come here with them for normal check ups. Yesterday my wife and a friend were told about a family who found two kittens that were left in a trash can, they couldn't provide for the cats and so they wanted people to foster them. We agreed to it and brought them here for check ups because the two of them were both extremely in bad shape and being on a budget we didn't have much of options well, we informed them of the situation, well.. They helped us! Did everything they could to clean them up and get us medicine to take care of these cats and get them back to health so that, Hopefully They can get adopted. I liked them before due to their amazing hospitality and kindness but now, I absolutely love this place and can not imagine going anywhere else. If you want to bring your pets somewhere they'll be treated like a family member, and be cared for by Good people this is definitely the place to do it.

I have had the pleasure of bringing my fur baby to this wonderful pet clinic since the day I adopted her! The Humane Society provides a voucher for a first exam/shots that only certain pet clinics will take. I did originally pick this pet clinic based on the great reviews...and 6 years later I am still taking my pet for annual appointments! Originally, my pet always say Dr. Kingery, but after she left I was switch to Dr. Yoshioka. Normally, I love to have choices (to be notified Dr. Kingery had left and which vet would I like), but it didn't phase me because the quality and care continued at the same excellent level! Typically, my pet only goes in for annual shots and appointments, but occasionally I've had some concerns about my pup that I needed to be seen right away (i.e. ripped paw pads while hiking, bumps/hives on pups skin, rabies vaccination plan). I've never had to wait an unreasonable time for an appointment (usually same day if it's serious). On the occasions when the clinic wasn't open because of a serious issue (i.e. pup eating chocolate), I've taken her to an emergency vet and followed up with Mililani Town Center Pet Clinic. In fact, I wish they had emergency vet services! I will say, sometimes I am shocked by the cost of services. Could I go to other places and get cheaper services? Possibly. Certain costs are the same no matter where you take your pet. I don't think $50 is unreasonable for an exam fee. If you take good care of your pet (quality pet food, annual check-ups, etc.) then there's not much maintenance. On the occasions I've had to shell out some serious change it was for a reason (i.e. dental cleaning, rabies vaccination). I also do a lot of research so I come prepared to have a discussion with the vet. I don't just purchase any dog food, I have researched for hours to find the right food for my pup. The biggest thing is I pay attention to my pup - I know what healthy p*** should look like and when my pup is feeling ill or something has changed so that I can share the information with the vet so we can fix the root of the problem. I ask a lot of questions and they are always sharing information and educating me! Overall, the staff is wonderful! The vet techs are amazing. The vets are knowledgeable, experienced and really care! I wouldn't take my pup anywhere else!

We've been seeing Dr Saikano for our dog Duke for the past 6 years. There is no doubt your dog will be in good hands each time you come in. Customer service has always been the best. We were recommended by someone to this clinic and we have not switched since. For those who have doubts about this clinic, I suggest you just give it a chance.

I've been taking my fur babies to Mililani Town Center Clinic for a long time and I feel very good knowing my fur baby is in great hands there! The office and equipment are kept clean. Dr.Sakaino and staff have always been wonderful and I know that when we go in for a physical or a specific problem..all the problems and concerns are addressed. They call you right away with the test results and really listen to the issues you're dealing with. Dr.Sakaino gives great advice on how to give and improve the quality care of our pet. Everyone is nice there and I really feel like I could trust any of them with my dog because I see that they all know he is more than just a pet to me..he's family.

We took our dog here after adopting her from the humane society for her "free vet appointment" provided with the adoption which we had papers for. First off, staff at the front desk were unfriendly. When the vet saw us she seemed to lack passion for her job. She was also quite unfriendly. We were concerned about a hard lump around our dogs stitches after being spayed. The vet said It could be a hernia or an infection in which our dog would need surgery, but we would have to wait it out and see. She did not seem to care about the concern this caused us and left the room right after. We were confused about whether she was coming back or the appointment was over. We left the vet office for them to call us 30 minutes later to tell us we didn't pay the $4.71 and needed to come back ( which no one had told us we needed to pay. The staff watched us walk out without saying anything at all. We also assumed there was no payment considering the paperwork stated we were entitled to a FREE vet appointment.) We explained we were dissatisfied with the appointment and were confused about why were were being charged for our free vet appointment. They are sending a debt collector to get the pathetic $4.71 from us. I have tried to return their calls after I missed them to be sent to voicemail each time. *we did end up taking our dog to the Waikele pet hospital which we LOVED and we explained the situation, brought our adoption papers in & they charged us $0.00 for 11/10 service.

Extremely patient & knowledgable staff helped us rescue our dog. I was so confused on the process, but they went above and beyond to take the extra time to help me get everything straight. I'm so grateful!!! Also their prices are way more affordable than other vets in the area. Super win!!
