“We had an outstanding experience with M.K. Towing. Matt, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and with care. We needed to ship four dirt bikes (2 KTM and 2 Husqvarna), and he took care of the entire process seamlessly. Matt carefully loaded and secured each bike, making sure they were properly lashed and protected. He then transported them to Montgomery Power Sports for crating before shipping them off island. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right gave us total peace of mind. If you need motorcycle towing or transport, especially here in Hawaii, I highly recommend M.K. Towing. Reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers and their equipment. Mahalo, Matt!”

“Highly recommend Hi Performance Towing. Our truck was towed by another company to our home on a dark rainy night after the alternator went. The next morning Billie from Hi Performance Towing came, hooked it up and towed it to our mechanic. He was pleasant and efficient. When we picked our truck up from the shop, we noticed a big hole in the chrome bumper. We called Hi Performance Towing to see if they had taken photos at time of pickup from our house as we were trying to pinpoint when this damage happened. Kai was really nice and seemed genuinely concerned. We were so surprised when she called us back within a few minutes and let us know the photos were reviewed and damage had already been done to the bumper as it showed up in their photos they took at the time of pick up. We had not noticed the night before due to it being dark and rainy and we were super tired from the whole ordeal taking hours. Kai quickly sent us the photos and we were able to deal with the previous tow company for a resolution. I was not expecting such great customer service from a tow company! We will definitely be calling Hi Performance Towing in the future for any towing needs. Thank you Billie and Kai!”
