When I went into the store to check on some dropped calls I was experiencing, Aaron and Eric surprised me with a fantastic promotional offer that I could not refuse. The excellent service they provided me was exceptional and reminded me why I always choose their store for my service needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I should have known better than to do business with a non-corporate store. I was offered a deal for a trade-in that they will not honor. It's been almost a year with no resolution and they still have my phone that I traded in. Do yourself a favor and avoid any non-corporate Verizon stores especially this one.

Customer service is NONE EXISTENT at this location. Stood in front of a sales person who was fidgeting with a phone. She clearly saw me standing in front of her but there was no "hello" there was no "I'll be right with you". Where do they get these workers??
