“I've been frequenting GNC a lot more often lately for protein and prime drinks. The workers are friendly and like to make small talk. They sell out pretty quick on those prime drinks that my oldest is obsessed with. We have a couple more flavors to try out still so I'll still frequent this location until they have them in stock. I'm surprised they survived the pandemic as I don't see many customers yet those prime drinks are a hot seller.”

“I like buying my products at The Vitamin Shoppe because of the variety of protein powders, pre-workouts, vitamins, and more. The protein powder brand I always buy is the Betancourt Nutrition, and pre-workout I also get is Animo Energy. These products work well with me, and I have only seen The Vitamin Shoppe sell it (Betancourt Nutrition that is). The products are expensive, but it's the price you pay for results. When the Betancourt Nutrition goes on sale, it's a REALLY good sale. Any of the other brands when they go on sale it's good too. Depending on the brand, the sales could be, "buy 1 get the other 50% off," or " buy 1 get 1 free." Staff service is great. Paul, the store manager, has a friendly, welcoming, courteous approach when I was looking at their products. The other associate also greeted me and informed me about the sale. This is less than 3 minutes apart. Overall, customer service is 10 out of 10. The interior is well lit and organized. Cleaned and well kept. Parking Private lot Payment Cash or credit”

“I walked in last Thursday afternoon, in search of a meal replacement supplement since I'm in a calorie deficit. Right away, Rylie approached me and helped me tremendously. I let her know my goals and I'm brand new to all of this (never really been in a GNC before). She showed me a few options, giving me so much information about the product and how it can help me in different ways. I made a choice with the Lean shakes in the back. I felt this product was going to be great for me. Rylie rang me up and was letting me know about the member programs they have, and the many perks that come with it. I signed up for the free membership where you get points (eventually getting cash back towards another purchase). Ok, awesome.. I got home super excited to try it out the next morning. I got the smores flavor open.. and really was not used to the consistency or how it made me feel after drinking it. Don't get me wrong, I feel like someone who is used to a meal replacement shake would love the flavor and find that it is the perfect product. Unfortunately for me, I just realized I would dread having that "fake full" feeling again. I had my husband go in today to return the products with the receipt, and got a full refund back. The gentleman who helped him was extremely nice and helpful in returning the products. I really appreciated the staff here, and hopefully will be back in the future when I'm a little further into my weight loss journey with a better idea of what could work right for me. :)”

“This place is an oasis of health in a desert of junk food trucks. I needed some natural healthy foodstuffs and I never thought I would get them on the North shore of Oahu, but I did. I have not found this type of place even in London, England. Highly recommended!”

Excellent Customer Service Despite the Wait
Stopped by Spectrum during my lunch break to return some equipment. The wait was around 30 minutes, but the staff was very courteous and professional throughout. While I waited, they took the time to explain the latest promotions and offers, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and a helpful team—thanks for making the process smooth!”

“At first my husband were going in circles looking for your place, not knowing you had a different name, vapers ..... we parked and went into the store and showed one of the staff my phone and asked where is Hawaii Kratom Smoke Shop. And love and behold we were standing in the store. Lol! A pretty young girl with red hair acknowledged me and she was very helpful. My husband and I truly appreciated her excellent customer service.
