Dustin was recommended to us by our A/C company as we we're replacing our unit. He told us our ducts weren't worth cleaning unless we were experiencing allergy issues. Really nice and honest guy. Although we didn't need his service for the ducts we're planning on using them for our carpets next cleaning....

Definitely FIVE STARS .., Dustin was an amazing partner to get our living, dining, halls and entryway completely clean (all tile). At first, attempted with the steam approach, but found that the dirt & old wax was not coming up. He then showed us what needed to be done (chemical spray on tile, wait, apply scrubbing machine and buff with towels, mop) and the result was fantastic. Thank you Dustin for going Above and Beyond to get our dirty tile floors clean ... We certainly look forward to our next cleaning with you folks !!!

Dustin was flexible with his schedule when I had to change dates. He was prompt, communicative (sending photos of before & after), knowledgeable, and efficient. Very pleased with the results.

My first impression was not great. I had booked an appointment online one month prior (I got the first available appointment, which was 4 weeks later). Then he didn't show up by 9:30am so I called. He answered right away and apologized that he didn't have my appointment in his calendar for some reason. He offered to come 3 days later, he showed up on time, was extremely remorseful for the scheduling mistake, and did an outstanding job. He was able to remove stains that I was really worried would not come out. We have one large room and two normal sized rooms. He finished in one hour. He was really nice to work with and gave a discount for my troubles. He explained that he manages scheduling without support so the online system is more cumbersome, thus it is generally more reliable to call, and you can get an appointment much sooner by scheduling on the phone. I have no reservations about having Dustin come back next time to clean the carpets, they look better than when we moved in.Services: Carpet cleaning

Stanley Steemers just left and for $500 I was expecting some simple stains to be removed. This cleaner does not use agitation, I would not recommend. Very disappointed.

Was thinking of tearing the carpet out to put laminate in the rooms. So happy I didn’t as Dustin brought life back into them. Thank you Stanley Steamer for your excellent customer service and even better work. You guys are miracle workers and you saved me money by not having to put in new floors. Will definitely refer and use your business again.

After calling to make an appointment they were able to fit me in even earlier than I expected. I did have trouble when trying to book this job online, so I wouldn't go that route if I were you. I am extremely happy with the job they did and would highly recommend this service to others. The carpets look spectacular, reasonably priced, and Dustin is very knowledgeable when it comes to cleaning. Thanks again!

Today we had our very first experience with Stanley Steemer. We had the pleasure of meeting Dustin. He went through the process step by step to insure we had the knowledge of what he was about to do and even gave us some useful tips to keep our white carpet cleaner in the future. Did you know that it's actually not good for you to walk on your carpet barefoot because the oils from your feet actually transfer into the carpet and brake it down faster making it harder to get it clean? Yeah, neither did we but we do now! Dustin made us feel at ease and we will definitely use Stanley Steemer again! Our carpet looks fabulous!!!

I didnt want to risk taking a chance on cleaning the carpet myself because I heard too many stories of things going wrong and then spending more time trying to correct it. I checked Yelp and read the reviews of different companies before making a decision..Stanley Steemer stood out and I decided to go with them. Dustin and his friend just left and did a great job. They are very friendly,personable and professional..I would highly recommend them..I will definitely make use of their services again...
