Three reasons I'd avoid this business:1) staff are pretty rude and don't provide positive customer service2) drip coffee and Thai tea is mediocre3) cafe is a bit behind the times charging $.75 cents for non dairy options rather than making them available by defauot

We went here as the menu had a few vegan options. On asking at the counter what Vegan or Vegetarian options we have the lady just denied saying they dont have anything. We got a very weird stare for asking for options without meat.We saw on the wall there were Bagel sandwiches and avocado toast so we ordered. The tomato hummus bagel which turned out had really big chunks of chickpea and should not be called hummus. Also for avocado toast, they just toasted the bread and placed a few avocado slices on it. No salt or pepper, no seasonings, absolutely nothing. We just grabbed a coffee here later which was good and left.

A bright mini mall coffee house. The Ka'u Coffee is sold here from Cassablanca Farms. The barista was polite and had a welcoming smile. The coffee is worth every penny, with a clean flavor, and depth of taste. We did take out too and ordered BLT's to go and it was made properly with designer twisted bamboo sticks holding sandwich together. The local bacon had a great flavor. A plus was the mini Arts & Crafts section that was complete with fabric purses, some indigenous wood working, jewelry and paintings. There is plenty of seating with a cool breeze flowing.

I travel.all over the country and this is hands down the worst latte I have ever had. It was not what I ordered and the gal working was rude and argued with me. Kirkland brand coffee is not espresso and for the price, I expect better than this. Save your money and don’t bother. You can get awful coffee elsewhere with good customer service! This experience was shocking.

This place is a gem! The food is amazing and the Thai cultural values of community and tolerance shine through in the unique little cafe community that I witnessed while spending a few hours here.

Breakfast Burrito, Chunky monkey smoothie and an iced coffee. Our server/barista was friendly, quick and efficient. The little things made the difference - coffee ice cubes in the iced coffee, overfilled smoothie container, massive tasty burrito. It’s a must stop location on the way from Kona to Volcanoes National Park

Tucked away spot in an intimate community. Not busy in the wee hours, but the setup easily accommodates crowds which I imagine are present in the latter parts of the day. Price and offerings were great!

Breakfast sandwiches took an upwards of 20 mins, and she kept grabbing one to microwave several times. The egg in my sandwich was not fresh, but a prepackaged square. There was also roach laying beneath the table glass & table frame. Latte was so-so. Lady at the counter was polite.
