“I usually shop at Malama Market in Pahoa. This was my first visit to this location and it was extremely positive. It's small, but clean and well organized. The produce section was well stocked with fresh goodness, including locally grown items. Hot and prepared foods looked yummy. I quickly found what I was looking for, and I was super impressed by the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Malama Market will forever be my go-to grocery store in Ocean View!”

“Walk into this grocery store, shopping list in hand, and be prepared to be greeted with a smiling face. Many isles of all the freshest ingredients for your dish or daily necessities you’ll find amongst the many options available here. Charge the wheels of your cart with hope and determination and you may be the chooser of a cart with a slight pull to the left or the right and it may be squeeky or squealing in one of those wheels but do know this, customer service is at your disposal. Questions? Do not fret dear customer as you will find answers. Need gas? Well, go ask one of the many bright and shiny warriors of service behind that register in the left as you walk in and claim the pump your power wagon is located in. Parking is never boring and a slot for your day-slayer is available. Enjoy the experience in this store but bring a hoodie as it’s frigid as summer day in Canada and maneuver that cart and check off that list. Portable toilets available in numbers to the left near the post office so have no fear if suddenly signals of nature time hits “bun is done”. This is not just your average grocery store.
