My debit card was supposed to arrive four days ago and still hasn't. This location has a history of delayed or missing deliveries based on reviews. I’m very frustrated with the service.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an express package that has not yet reached its destination. The package was mailed on July 23, 2025, and I was informed it should arrive by Saturday or Monday at the latest. However, as of Wednesday, July 30, 2025, the package has not been delivered. I have already initiated a tracking inquiry, and the last scan indicates it was in Ocean View. I have filed a case, and the postal office in Rio Linda has been very helpful in their search. Unfortunately, the Ocean View location has not been as forthcoming with assistance. The postal worker was unable to process a refund due to slow internet connectivity and a long queue of customers. She also mentioned the possibility of the package being stuck in Oahu, which was quite surprising to hear.

They need to hire another person because it takes 45 minutes to pick up a box here, I don't understand why? People should not wait that long to pick up a box. So annoying to go to this location.

There are so many good things about Ocean View Post Office. Everyone there, both staff and customers have been nothing but helpful with carrying boxes and sharing city wisdoms. Yeah, I agree parking can be difficult depending on the time of day. After going to 16 diff PO’s throughout moving, OV PO is at the top of my cross country list of great! Maholo

So frustrated with my mail! My package tracking said it was waiting for me to pick up since the 29th (paid extra for quick shipping) on all tracking sites but no card, no card, no card all week. So Friday I ask if can check and said not here but will notify me if it comes in… Monday I go in again with same tracking number and ask if they can look. It was there just like the tracking number said, since last week! I was hoping the new facility would be better organized but I have lost packages before and now lost my patience… What would have happened if I didn’t keep looking for it…

no progress, there is no delivery, etc., it’s the 21st century in the yard, and we have to go for letters to the post office??♂️??♂️??♂️

Staff is very friendly and patient ?? I have had no issues at all except for an occasional wrong mail in my po box but, it's understandable how the box numbers can be mixed up after a long days work. I appreciate their diligence and strong work ethic.

I recieved yellow cards four times, waited in line each time for an hour, and they said they could not find anything. This is the worst P.O. on the planet, too small, parking is horrible, staff steals.. THey also turned away two seperate amazon boxes. Othiers in line have lost mail as well. Avoid this PO like the plague.

The day I went, the staff was very efficient and informative. Hours on Google aren't quite right. The part with P.O. Boxes may open at 8 a.m., but in person services don't begin until 9:30 a.m..
