I experienced the good and not so good with using H&R Block this year. My first attempt to get our taxes completed was NOT good - but I was assigned to an alternate rep who made up for everything that the first rep was missing. I hope to return next year and make an appointment with the rep who completed our tax returns this year. The second rep was very professional and remained very calm and focused with filing our returns - on the same day I walked into her office.

It's convenient. Mary Lou was very helpful and if I had questions her explanations were very clear and if it wasn't something she knew the answer to right away, she would find out the answer to my satisfaction. I also felt like I could go back to her if something else came up that I needed help with. She was also able to help me with deductions that I didn't even think about.

Because Christina Reid has been so helpful in so many ways and has been very patient with me. Ms. Reid has shown professionalism and has excellent knowledge regarding her job and I am very pleased to have met such a fine young Woman as herself.
