They don't have sugar free ice cream. I was very disappointed. They had know sherbet or diet soda. My husbands ice cream was great.

I loved this place when it first opened. The original owners were great and super friendly. I recently stopped going because the new owner has been rude and unfriendly lately. She was nice when they first opened, but the last couple times we visited, she was rude. I will gladly take my business elsewhere as the atmosphere at I want Ice Cream has been very unwelcoming lately.

A locally owned ice-cream parlor in Pahoa Village. Good menu selections with different ice-cream flavors, shaved ice, smoothies, coffee, local baked cookies and homemade malasades. We visit there often with good service. But this visit, was okay. We entered, there was one family there. No one at the counter to greet us. When she finally came out, she greeted us in a friendly matter. They usually have music in the background, but this time it was quiet. We got our ice creams. We ordered waffle cones with mint chocolate chip and cookies and cream. But because it was warm in there, our ice-cream was melting fast. My review rating would've been higher, if my experience there was better. Would I go again? Yes. Because it's the only ice-cream parlor in Pahoa. I take my child there after school as a treat. I will have to try other flavored ice-cream

Great place (and much needed) for ice cream and other sweet treats in Puna. We were instantly greeted by the owner and received friendly service. Prices are great, especially since the portions are generous! Will definitely be visiting again and again.

Great ice cream and a friendly staff. It's always hard to choose a flavor or two to have, but then i realize, i will visit again and try another one. 100% ice cream awesomeness in Pahoa!

Very yummy ice cream - we had four eaters in our party and we each had two scoops of different flavors. All were winning flavors and absolutely delicious!! Friendly service, good prices and homemade waffle cones. We recommend this shop and we will be back for more creamy yumminess.

First can I just say that the owners are such sweethearts! The dessert selection provided some healthy alternatives that turned out to be quite delicious, I had a chocolate muffin (gluten free) yummy! They also had coffee and a nice selection of ice cream flavors! The place itself was colorfully decorated and if ever in Hilo again in the near future, I will definently be back!! Susan was pleasant and provided awesome customer friendly service!!

Delicious ice cream! Yum coffee and root beer floats! Something for kids and parents. Friendly service, clean and a great value! Thanks for making our kids and tummies so happy - Didn't get better pics because the ice cream was gone too fast! My coconut ice cream coffee float was amazing though!

AWESOME FRIENDLY SCRUMPTIOUS Our last day on the Big Island ended at our favorite Ice Cream Shop. With me enjoying my favorite Shave Ice flavor. That would be Banana, then after being tempted by watching Sue, one of the store owners I ventured out and added a little Blue Hawaiian‼Great addition! I highly recommend stopping by this wonderful little shop, ran by two awesome, friendly owners, Tim and Sue. You can expect Home made bakery goodies including malasadas(get them warm in the morning before they run out‼), island fresh ice cream, real milk shakes and don't forget shave ice Oh! Drinks and Kaa'u 100% Kona Coffee is available too! We'll be sending our Washington friends your way!

Found this place on an evening ice cream run. There were not many options open late and near orchidland. It was quiet and the sign was not the fanciest so didn't know what to expect. It was very clean inside and cutely decorated. After some deliberation, my friend and I went big and got 5 scoops for 12.00, the BEV. The couple running the store were super friendly and made great conversation with us. The scoops were a huge! My friend loved the coffee the most. I think my fav was the classic cookies and cream. We had the ube, coconut pineapple, mac nut. We devoured every last bite. I kind of regret not trying their cookie sandwiches but I definitely didn't under indulge. Parking was easy. Great stop for anyone wanting ice cream.
