Its noon on August 20th. I walked into goodwill to find my daughter pants for school. The moment i walked in I felt a negative energy and I was simply looking at a bathing suite in a bin in front of the door. Apparently it was donations. My bad. From the moment i walked into the store she was watching me. So i continued to look and found 4 pairs of pants for my daughter. I went to go into the changing room and so i hung up the extra clothing. The woman was watching me from the moment i walked into the store so she knew the clothing I hung up where mine. I asked her where the clothing went and then she started screaming at me and harrassinng me like she was getting defensive as if she was discriminating against me. Well I did nothing wrong so I couldnt figure out what her issue was with me. I was so appauled by her behavior I left everything and walked out. If I was not in a hurry to get back I would most definately file a police report to protect the next person. She would not give me her name but she should definately be fired. Its Sunday August 20th at noon. Please do something about this my daughter is overweight and she really needed the pants i picked out for her for school. Shame on her. Its my daughter being hurt by her behavior and it makes me want to cry. Mahalo great community of Puna

Women at the front charged 4 pajamas as pants. They wouldn't compromise at all. I believe they just charge all pajamas as pants which is a 2$ price difference.

Agree on the prices being WAY over inflated, Looked at a damaged fake wicker frame with a reproduction print inside, flipped it over and LOL, $75. I could go to TJ Max or Ross and spend 1/2 that amount or less for something new and undamaged.

Insane prices. I have thrifted around the world and this Goodwill needs a reality check. Complete junk with missing pieces priced super high. Tupperware containers with no lid $2.99… mason jars for $4.99… Ugly ceramic teapot $9.99… mismatched pieces of things with $2-$5 price tags…Half burnt dollar store candle for $3.99…Beat up shoes $9.99. Lots of post-retail overstock junk too which you often see at goodwill but way too much of it. Clothing is crazy high too and it seems like this place is trying to price out poor people who really need this stuff. BADwill
