We visited this cute store in Pa’ia recently in December where we purchased a one or a kind Maui shirt. Amazing colours and quality! Was really disappointed once back home in Canada to discover we were accidentally given the wrong size! I called and spoke to the store owner Heidi and she was so accommodating and kind. She cares so much about her customers and staff that she sent me a replacement shirt and shipped it free of charge! Her incredible customer service will always be remembered❤️
I look forward to visiting her store again and will look for her satellite store in Santa Barbara CA. I would definitely recommend stopping in at this store for your special keepsake t-shirts!!

All the t shirts are designed by the staff there. Some are rude and funny! I love it. My friend and I bought some postcards from them. Found out one of the owners is Canadian.

Amazing store in Paia! Items are a bit pricey but the quality is through the roof. The shirt I got is soft, cute, and durable! Will definitely come back.

The kid behind the counter got mad at us for having a bottle of coke with us in the store. By the he didn’t tell us we couldn’t have the drink for about 30 min. He started cussing us out. This is the Kiwi Johns in Paia.

I had an issue that I was very upset over, I called and left a message and then just gave up in my mind! Well Heidi called me back out of the blue 15 min later and fixed the issue with no problems!!! That is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!
