This is the first, and last, gallery we visited in Pa’ia and it was hands down the absolute best. I literally wanted to buy every other piece I looked at in there. The photographs, the ceramics, the jewelry, the paintings. I had to go back and buy a painting I was fretting over and I don’t fret. Do yourself a favor and park in the public lot when you first roll into town and walk into this place as it’s pretty much the first gallery. You’ll see that thing you want but keep going because it’s the first place. But you’ll be back. And you’ll buy that thing. Mahalo Maui Hands!

Great experience purchasing a beautiful octopus from Roger and Jaclyn. They were professional, kind, and incredible helpful - highly recommend checking out/purchasing from this collection of local artist’s works.

Beautiful gallery with all local artist's work/designs. The two ladies working there - Jennifer and Kitty were very personable and sweet! When my husband and I first walked in and started looking around, I overheard Kitty asking Jennifer if she wanted a coffee and so I jokingly said, "I'll take one." Well, a few minutes later, Kitty came walking back in with 3 coffees - one for Jennifer, one for herself, and yes, one for me. While it was insignificant to her, the kind and thoughtful gesture honestly touched my heart! If you're staying in Wailaea, I recommend going to The Shops and stopping in at Maui Hands Gallery. You'll be greeted warmly and treated with the utmost kindness!

I want to review not based on a purchase but based on an interaction with Bonnie.
We left Paia and regretted not making a purchase from a store. I thought it was Maui Hands. I gave them a call and got connected with Bonnie. It turned out the product I was looking for was not at Maui Hands. BONNIE, offered to walk to the neighboring shops and find the store with the product I was looking for!
WHO GIVES THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE? Bonnie ended up finding the product I was looking for and giving my info to that shop. We have been going to Maui for the past eight years.... BONNIE I am coming to see you next time we are in town. THANK YOU so much for living ALOHA!

I love this store and the artisans who work there. Beautifully handmade items that all must see! Local folks along with tourists enjoy this unique tapestry of amazing and unusual art you won't find anywhere. We met the beach glass artist Beba who showed us her unique jewelry and washed beach glass artwork. Loved spending time here. Our friend purchased an amazing throw which has the perfect patchwork and softness you will want to take home. Come and see for yourself! I love all their locations but feel Paia has the best display on the island. Happy shopping!

A great shop with so many unique finds! It's filled with all kinds of works from local artists. It's a great place to pick up some souvenirs/memories from your Maui trip while supporting the local community!

Maui hands is one of my favorite art galleries on Maui . I can always find something special to take home . The staff is friendly and helpful . They have a nice collection of original paintings , prints, glasswork , ceramics, home goods and more .They have a shop at Lahaina,Makawao, Pa'ia and Wailea.
