Beautiful studio down the quieter road. We didnt take a class but rented the unused studio for an hour to do our own flow. Space was bright and calming. Will come back for a class soon!

Our yoga teacher training program was created 20 years ago by founder Nadia Toraman and has produced top teachers, studio owners and practitioners worldwide. We believe that yoga is for everyone - all levels and ages are accepted. Located in the historic Paia Train Depot up the road from Paia town and near to Haiku, Makawao, Kihei, Kula, Wailuku, and Kahului, the studio features free and easy parking, a Cafe, massage, gardens, yoga retreats and adventures.
