“I came to the Post Office because of the mailman didn't deliver a box to my house. Im not sure why because he always does. I got a notidaction on my phone that I had a notice that I had to get a package that was supposed to be delivered. I looked in the mailbox for the package no notice I looked by my porch no notice I looked everywhere no notice. So on Monday I went to the post office the girl working the window was sweet. She asked for the last digits on my tracking number gave it to her and boom there was the box which could've been put in my mailbox.. I asked her why was there notice, she didn't know. The only reason I know is because I have the usps app. So it tells me everything. The people who work here at the post office are nice and helpful. I've gotten my passport here.”

“What's with the negative reviews? In comparison to the other post offices, Wailuku is better in my opinion. Less congested than Kahului and Kihei combined, and if you know what you're doing and plan to send items accordingly, it's 15 minutes in and out all the time for me. That's 5 stars from me as I have no gripes with this facility.”

“Quick stop at this post office for a book of stamps. Friendly staff at counter, fairly quick service on a Saturday morning.Approx 20 parking spots in an one-way (single direction) parking lot. Cars are constantly moving in and out so the wait for a spot is not very long.”

“Service was excellent with our passports. We ran into some issues and the staff was accommodating, patient and smart in troubleshooting not just our issues but the issues of several other customers as she (darn it, I forget her name, but she was amazing) juggled different issues from poorly shot photos, incomplete applications, or missing identification cards. She had such sympathy for the customers as she commented, "Someone has got to help these people... Kihei doesn't do passports, nor does... " and she just took on everyone's frustrations and was so kind and amazing. I will update this review with her name, if I can recall it. So sorry, my dear postmistress, but you were amazing, and I wish I had written this sooner, so that I could properly give you appreciation.”
