STAY FAR AWAY FROM USING APRIA SERVICES!!! First, I received a Bi-PAP machine in October 2023 based on my sleep study results from Kuakini Sleep Center; however, after several days on using the machine, I realized it didn't suit my sleeping patterns and was not able to fully get a good night's sleep. So I called Apria 2 days later and spoke to Colby who informed me that someone, Adria's delivery serviceman, will pick up the product and I would receive a full refund. This did not occur as I just found out that the Apria's Refunds Department located in California will only refund me a $141.00, not the total as told to me by Colby. Apria is running a shady business and does not train their service representative properly. So based on my experience, Apria is not a good company in honoring their word to me as a customer. Stay far away from prurchasing any items from APRIA!!!A Very Disappointed Customer!

Everything was awesome! From talking to the representative to being delivered to home, everything went smoothly with no problems. Representatives are easy to talk to and are patient and kind. There was a 30 day maximum to try another mask and when calling to put in that order everything went smooth, no hassles or run arounds. The products are very effective, cpap machine is very quiet, can’t hear anything. The masks are comfortable but i suggest you research and use the 30 day mask replacement to know which mask works for you. Apria Healthcare really is a tremendous company! Mahalo!

The delivery was fast and efficient. The driver called when he was on his way and gave an accurate estimated time of arrival. The driver was very polite. Overall a very good experience.

My phone call to receive my machine was very easy and the young lady that called me was helpful and pleasant. The package also arrived faster than the estimated time, I was very surprised. Thanks Apria I was happy with your good service!

Things started out well, I received the consent forms and sent them back to them promptly. Got told immediately I was approved. Little did I know it would take several phone calls, getting the runaround, and a month to finally get the pump I so desperately needed delivered to my house. Very disappointed in their services.

Seems like a scam company. They gave me a defective product and my doc said to contact them to get another one. I called and mainland people answered telling me I couldn't get a new one because the offices are closed and providing me with no information on when/where to get one. The offices were NOT closed (the mainland offices were not the Hawai'i one). After finally getting an "appointment" they gave us a hard time to exchange and tried arguing that the product works (we came from my doctors office who even looked at the product and said it doesnt seem to be working properly). Waited about 30-45 minutes for them to get a manager to "approve the trade" and the manager was the one insisting that the product worked. Left with a new product, but this company was and is very unprofessional. I wish Kaiser did not have to work with them.

Big Aloha to ANGELICA at Apria Healthcare, who went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my dad!! She spent 1/2 hr with me: searched for his prescription via fax to find an add-on order from the hospital, took time to explain the process, how pick up, shipping and billing works, all while being ultra understanding, kind and so very PROFESSIONAL! She ensured he would get his much needed items so my dad will not have to be in any more discomfort! (Paul, she is truly an asset to Apria and your team! Kudos for having Angelica, providing the highest level of customer service we don't get to see at too many places anymore!! MILES, our delivery person was AMAZING as well, with setting up the equipment and explaining things so thoroughly! Pleasant, polite and professional, he made sure my dad was comfortable with using his oxygen concentrators and how to properly care for everything! A very great first time experience with Apria! BEYOND happy with their service in Hawaii (and Angelica in Colorado!)

The happiest place in Hawaii!I'm a new cpap user and it's been a struggle.I decided to try a different mask and went to Apria to get fitted and take it home. Everyone was so friendly, and I could tell by the employees' interactions that they love their job.My RT was very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to address my concerns and provide solutions. They threw me a life preserver when I felt like I was drowning.P.S. Wish me luck with this cpap situation. ?

I was traveling from California to Hawaii for vacay and the staff at Apria were very helpful. They delivered my needed equipment along with all accessiories to my hotel in a timely manner and they also picked up all the equipment when scheduled. Very happy with their professionalism. Thank you. You made my first vacay (after getting dependent on Oxygen) stress free. Mahalo

No problem at all. One note, the disclaimer or fine print that came with the initial Apria healthcare mail that required my signature, was longer than any charge card I applied for, or signing a mortgage, or wedding contract, or insurance contract, I’ve NEVER seen such a long formal document which required me to sign. TAKE NOTE. And this was required just to purchase a walker! LOL

So I used to be able to call the local people to order new equipment and that was great. Always nice to deal with local people in my community. My stuff got to me on time with all the correct equipment. Now when ordering new equipment, I'm transferred to Texas, and it's been terrible service. I ordered all new equipment and it never showed up and I never got a call, they just forgot about me, so I called and they said they never got my updated insurance. I told the lady that I gave you all my updated insurance over the phone when I placed my order. I confirmed that this lady was the same lady I talked to last time ( strong Southern accent) and she said yes you sound familiar. After I said I gave you all my updated information last time and also nobody called or emailed me and I have been waiting for my equipment, she said oh it wasn't me, I didn't make any mistakes, it must have been someone else. Than my equipment finally showed up and it was missing what I needed most which was a water tank. I explained that this was the part I really needed over and over on the phone. Keep in mind this is now over 30 days now since placing original order and I haven't been able to use my CPAP. So I call back and guess who answers...the same African American lady with the strong accent. I tell her that my equipment arrived but no humidifier container and that's what I needed the most and I confirmed over and over with you last time we talked. She went on again about blaming other people saying it wasn't her. She did her job and she's not sure but kept saying it wasn't her yada yada. I said I don't care who's fault it is and that she has been the only person I have been dealing with this entire time. Then she makes me go over my insurance with her again! Again! Before sending out my humidifier that she forgot! What the hell is wrong with this person. C' Mon Pearl city Apria please don't make us have to deal with west Texas anymore. They make you guys and Apria look terrible and like they don't give a crap about their customers.

The good: When you visit in-person, the staff is attentive, helpful, and courteous. The bad: All I wanted was to place a simple order for BiBap supplies for my daughter, since they kept sending me reminders to do so. It took at total of 4 hours of my time! I first placed the order online. Two weeks later, a lady calls me, asking for something that I couldn't understand because of her strong accent. She was nice, but she couldn't explain what she wanted to complete the order. Said something about needing confirmation. I said, "OK, confirm what? And how do I make the confirmation?" She couldn't answer. Then I said, "Sorry, ma'am, but I cannot understand you. Please put someone else on the phone." So she did so, and a man started speaking to me. He was courteous too, but then he says I need to confirm the size of the mask supplies I need (they should have had records of my daughter's mask size already, but needed a "confirmation.") I told him I would need drive home, look at my daughter's mask size, and call him back. I do that, and when I call Apria back, he tries to complete the order and then says, "Oh, I cannot complete your order. It will need to go through your local Apria store. Let me call them right now." I said OK. Then we wait, wait, and wait for about 15 minutes. I said, "What are we waiting for? Could you just give me the number so I could call them myself?" So I call the local store myself, and another agent (the 4th person I'm talking to so far) tries to complete my order and says, "We have to special order this part. Can you come to the store to pick up next week?" I said no, but please mail it, because I've already wasted hours my time. A week after that, the mask supplies come in the mail, but they're the wrong size, meant for a 3 year old rather than my 12 year old daughter! I call the local Apria store, talk to a friendly lady, and then tells me that she has to special order (again) the mask. The phone call goes on longer and longer, and she explains why it's so important for me to have adequate BiPap supplies (I know this already). Then she says that she's having problems with the computer. At about 30 minutes into the call, she says, "Could I call you back to complete the order?" I say no, this has taken too much of my time. I'm just going order from Amazon. The problem is not with the workers. They were all courteous and tried their best to be helpful. But the infrastructure and system is out of whack.

I was in hospital with a broken hip, and my health care engaged Apria to provide a walker and raised toilet seat. I could not reach my apartment without the walker. I was to be discharged Thursday. However, because of pain, my discharge was delayed til Friday. The deliver man called my wife on Thursday afternoon, and said he had the walker but not the toilet seat, BUT could deliver them both Friday morning before 11 am. She said, "Fine." I was ready to be discharged from the hospital ~2 pm Friday, but the walker was not be delivered at 11 am as promised, but was scheduled to be delivered at 9 pm!! Calls to Customer Service at Apria resulted in long (20-30 minutes) wait times, and no promised followup calls were made to my wife. Finally, I call, as did the hospital Care Coordinator; we were both told the walker would be delivered by 7 pm, but it didn't actually arrive until nearly 9.... This was appallingly poor communication and a lengthening of hospital stay. Very disappointing

ImprovedShout out to the awesome team at Apria - Kaui, Ashley, Patrick, Stacey and Colby. They really care about patients and it shows in their friendly and compassionate customer service. I was a bit hesitant with using Apria given prior reviews but went ahead given the company changes noted in another review. Really glad I gave them a try. While parking can be a bear (typical in industrial complexes), there are two dedicated customer pick-up spots and Apria will mail supplies to you. Mahalo Apria Team for the great customer service!
