Staff at this location is AWESOME! It's the reason I've held an account here since high school. They have helped with refinancing, HELOC, a personal loan, & my mortgage. They have helped me every step of the way, and always go above & beyond to solve any issues. Would not bank anywhere else!

Worst bank I've ever worked with.You can deposit money just fine, but they don't allow for wire transfers without you being in the branch. This means if you are outside of Hawai'i or the branch is closed, you might not have access to your money.I've ordered checks to transfer my money to another bank, but even this task is taking longer than I could have imagined.

I hate this location, the tellers are as dumb as a box of rocks. I literally asked for Canadian Currency and she asked what country!? Wtf! And then she ordered it to the WRONG LOCATION. I wanted it sent to Kaka'ako and she sent it to the Ala Moana location, which is a NIGHTMARE because they are always so busy!! Never again!!! Honestly thinking about changing banks all together.

Bank of Hawaii is Trash and im Hawaiian. All they do is Scam Scam Scam and send u to customer service reps in the Virgin islands.

I closed all my accounts- business and personal just because the teller gave me a bad attitude! It sounds ridiculous but it's true. Hiring competent people with good customer service is a must in this type of business.

A bank is the last thing I thought would be writing a review for but after the service I received it was a must!! I had a few issues with my count in regards to the info that was on my BOH app. I called customer service & was told by Dennis G that I had to walk into a branch for service because he couldn't help. I went to the Pearl City Branch & expressed my concerns. John was the teller assisting me. Despite my frustration John remained calm & did his best to explain what was going on. In the end I got the assistance I needed but the service I received & the professionalism of John was absolutely outstanding & I was very comforted that despite my worries he took the time to make sure I have all the information & understanding I need.

I called wanting to obtain MY loan number for my auto loan that I have been paying for three years now. Online there is no way to see the auto loan number & the women that was attending me (she said she was a supervisor) said there was no way she could give me MY loan over the phone (mind you I live in Texas now). In three years I have NEVER received a statement of my loan. I'm told I have to mail (not even email) a request for my loan number. BOH your system is messed up, your online page does not give all the information to the owners account which is a problem when I am paying you guys money. Change the system not your policies. Worse bank I have ever felt with. I would give this place 0 stars.

Called BOH Dillingham & king street. On hold for almost 5 minutes @ each location, terrible! Had a few questions in regards to a security box. I was extremely irritated each time the recording came on. I literally need to waste my time & gas for "question"!

Horrible experienced. I went there today requesting to activate my card since Im doing deposit. I already removed the card sticker, having the faith that they can activate my debit card because its theyre card. The teller asked me" wheres the sticker?I threw it away already, i replied.Then she asked me wheres the letter came with the card, theres a phone number there to call for activation. I shred it already, I replied. Then she said, theres nothing I can do, I need the sticker. So i told her- are you serious? U can't call internal support to activate my card? She insisted she need the sticker. So u mean to say this card is useless and I can't use because the sticker is not there anymore? I added. She said she cant do anything. I walked away helpless and disappointed. This teller needs to go back to teller training.Useless and waste of time. This is my 2nd time I requested assistance for my bank accts, but sad to say they failed me twice now. Same Branch. Horrible.

Can't stand this new renovated branch. I don't like people being able to hear my financial business and I don't like hearing theirs. If you don't want any privacy during your financial transactions go to pearl city you will get none. They still could've made it modern without taking away our privacy.
