I showed Audrey what I was looking for & she immediately said "no one in Hawaii Carrie's it" could have saved me stopping at 4 other stores. However, she immediately offered an excellent solution which she had in stock. WOWZA. Absolutely dig her knowledge, enthusiasm & resourcefulness at 7 am store opening. I think they have the LARGEST inventory of Simpson ties on island. Buy local & support this awesome business.”

“We had our kitchen remodeled eight years ago by Home Depot, using cabinets (African mahogany) from Total, and it was absolutely gorgeous back then, and everything still works perfectly and looks great. I haven't even cleaned anything since the tenants moved out, some of the knobs and shelves are a bit dusty still, but you can see that it's holding together really well.”

“Been coming to the Waikele Lowe's for years and due to a kitchen and bath remodel I've been going to the home improvement stores frequently I had to post that this store's Customer service has improved dramatically. Last week I was looking for flooring and an associate walked up to me before I even need help. My husband even mentioned that it was rare not to have to look around for help as we have to at the competition. Later another associate helped me to check inventory and as I was looking for the samples to bring home he even marked out a plank as a sample for me to bring home. Last week we also went in for a microwave. Went to 3 places and this store was the only one that had it in stock. It was $10 more than the lowest prices store who told me it was back ordered but $30 less than the other big box competitor. I'm so happy to see a store that can manage to attract and train good employees!”

“Just wanted to give a shout out to DAG... apparently this locations has a lot of bad reviews!!! But there is always shiny star and it's DAG... Not only did he go where 3 employees couldn't go he helped serve me, assist me, and gave me legendary customer service!!! Senior management give this employee a raise!!! Thank you for helping me and solving my problem. I love my air purifier...”
“I had to wait in line for parts since the store was closed because of COVID, but I didn't have to wait too long and the staff was courteous. They were organized, too, considering the unusual circumstances. Plus, they had the valve I needed and couldn't find it anywhere else on the island, so I was happy. Three other sprinkler supply stores near downtown have been closed, so I'm glad to know Pacific Pipe has what I need.”
