I used to really enjoy coming here over the last couple of years, but after my recent visit on Friday this past week, I sadly won’t be returning. While trimming my cuticles, they cut me. It honestly hurt pretty bad, but I felt too uncomfortable to say something. I thought it would feel better by now, but it is now the third day since my visit and my toe is swelling a little and hurts a lot. I fear it could be getting infected. I felt like she had to have seen that she cut me, but she didn’t say anything.

I lived in Hawaii 3 years ago and I use to come here all the time so now that I am here on vacation for a wedding I had to make sure I stopped by to get they wonderful pedicures . My tech Tiffany did an amazing job from my toe nail fill in to the massage asking if I wanted extra services that would benefit me. I love it here any time you’re in Hawaii this is the nail place to come to

This nail salon is clean, professional, and friendly. Their nail design skills are top-notch, and my lashes even lasted through time in the ocean! The customer service and flexibility are a solid 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

Very clean and large salon. I called ahead for an appointment and only waited about 10-15 mins past but they kept me updated. My nails looks great, I’ve gotten a ton of compliments and price is on par for Hawaii acrylic sets.

My fave nail salon, I’ve been going here for 10 years. Nancy did my nails, and I love it every time she does. My nails are sensitive due to psoriasis, and she’s always gentle but thorough. She was also fast and efficient. I will definitely be coming back again and again.

This is a really nice salon! The salon is very clean and the technicians are great. My five year old had a blast getting pedicure, and my pedicure was very refreshing.

I highly recommend going here and requesting Vince as your nail tech. He’s amazing! I am a repeat customer because of him. He takes his time, and is willing to explain the different manicure options. You can tell he truly cares for each customer and is an expert in his career. He always checks in to make sure I’m happy at the end of each visit. I’m very glad I’ve finally found someone I can trust with my nails. I will be requesting him for all of my future visits.

I feel pretty scammed after just leaving this nail salon. I’ve been here several times before but not since the remodel. I came with a friend and my two daughters aged 7 and 11. I booked 2 kids gel pedicures and 1 adult gel pedicure for myself. My friend also had a gel pedicure. At check out she informed me that they would have to measure my 7 year old to see if she was taller than 4ft. If she was then she’d have to be charged the adult price for a gel pedicure. That’s $30 vs 52. I thinks this is absolutely ridiculous. Fine for my 11 year old, that’s still a ridiculous price for a tween but for a 7 year old!?! That’s absurd. My adult pedicure wasn’t even worth the $52. For one the water was freezing during my pedicure which I complained about and I wasn’t a fan of my polish which my technician was made aware of and it was freezing in the salon. All these complaints were made in the nicest way and of course I tipped which I now regret but I’m tired of being taken advantage of in salons. Will not be back. Such a scam. Don’t offer kids pedicures by height if you don’t want pissed off moms. Go by age.

Saw the amazing reviews this place got so I tried it out earlier this week. Sign on the door says walk ins welcome. The entire time I was there the techs were openly complaining to each other while doing my nails about all of the walk ins. While I was getting a pedicure it was me and 2 other women and they have 8 pedicure chairs. They were not overly busy at all. Opted for a deluxe pedicure and callus removal and the whole thing was over in like 20 minutes. Polish looked old and clumpy after it was applied and calluses were barely touched. While getting dip nails the tech got up every few minutes and would then come back 5 minutes later and did this more than 5 times. Employees answered personal calls while completing services. Icing on the cake was being overcharged for an eyebrow wax. Was charged $30 when the website says $15. Won't be coming back.
