Zero customer service or tact! Called for some assistance and the First Lady just stopped me and transferred me! The second one didn’t even listen to the question it check for the item inquiries just gave a statement that had nothing to do with the question as she rushed to get off the phone! How can you assist a customer if you don’t even listen to the question. If the employers don’t like the job, they should leave so someone who actually needs it and wants to help can assume the position!

I will change our prescription to walgreens. Some Pharmacy tech here is lazy. I’ve been telling them many times to update my insurance in their system. They keep saying its already updated but ended up they did not and i have to call my insurance everytime im picking up prescriptions,To verify my primary insurance because they charging my secondary insurance as primary. After calling my insurance, now you guys out of stock of the items i need. I would Never never come again to any longs pharmacy. I waisted so much time and energy in this junk pharmacy.

I usually visit Pearl Ridge Longs however I went to Pearl city this time I was specifically looking for Biolage conditioner however, I picked up the wrong one and bought the shampoo instead. I was able to use my 40% discount and applied it to this product. When I got home I noticed I picked up the wrong one and returned it back to the Pearl city store. There was an issue about getting the 40% discount applied to the new one however, the store manager was able to rectify the situation and just did an even exchange. Nevertheless, a happy camper thank you City Longs. J Char

Wildly slow cashier. You'd think she had never done the job ever. I get it people are unruly and rude but taking 15 minutes to check out 5 people with very little items, is unsat.

I love this Longs Drugs because they are open 24/7. It is so convenient especially at 5:30 in the morning. You can find everything you need at Longs Drugs. The only store open at 5:30 am is 7-11 and although 7-11 carries a lot of things Longs Drugs has much much more. My granddaughter always has to go to the bathroom in the morning while waiting for her bus and guess what Longs Drugs has a bathroom The cashier that is always there in the early mornings is very friendly and helpful. This store is super clean with wide aisle which is nice. Lots of parking with a variety of shops so all around a great store.
