Shout Out to Sherie (Store Manager), who helped me with an expiring coupon and gave me a rain-check as the product was not available. She has assisted me before and in my opinion she is the most knowledgeable Store Manager on the island and a real asset to Long’s CVS!!!

I needed assistance to locate an item and a staff member not only directed me to the location but actually walked with me to the aisle and pointed out the item.....and all with a smile.

The person who helped me was very cheerful and nice. The Pharmacist was so nice to point out some facts about which medication should not be taken together and if certain medications were to be taken together, it might move my wife's Potassium higher. This Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and she was very patient with me while I asked so many questions.

This longs drugs pharmacy is hands down the worst on the island. The pharmacy person that answers the phone should literally not be in service to customers at all. Trust me, if it sounds like she is socially inept and cuts you off and doesn’t let you speak, she really is! Normal human beings in service don’t function like that. Whoever the head pharmacist is, really needs to fire her. Look lady, you work in a hole in the wall pharmacy, you’re not a doctor…drop the attitude or work somewhere that will pay you enough to not make everyone else’s day awful

Deb at the Longs Kuala Pharmacy was extremely pleasant and helpful with the processing of my medication pick up. With trying to help me lower the cost of my co-pay with a coupon offered by the manufacturer. However, she is still in the process of researching. Whether I can qualify or not, I appreciate the time and effort put in to helping your customer. Great to see such friendly and excellent customer service from the whole team at Longs Kuala in Pearl City! ❤️
