The customer service was excellent. I had a lot of questions that were answered easily. The employees made sure I knew how to use the storage lockers and to access the units. Ana B. was one of the employees who assisted me and she did an amazing job guiding and informing me about the units.

The staff and team make this facility five stars! The facility itself needs more lighting but given the opportunity to rent a storage unit again, I would come back here just because the staff is so helpful, fast and efficient. They are knowledgeable and work as a team to make sure you are well taken care of.

Every onsite customer service team member was excellent from the first day! .Anna helped me to get checked out speedily when I terminated my contract. She was also very helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The unit worked fine for what I needed at the time.
