If you come first thing in the morning 8 AM, expect a line. Every time you step into the doors, the odds are 50-50 on what kind of service youre going to get. When theres a lot of workers, everything is quick and efficient. If theres 1 cashier and theyre slow, expect to wait 15+ minutes for the line to move and for you to get to the front.

Dora did an amazing job! She and her team helped me pack an odd shaped item in record time to help me for my flight the next day. I give her 5 stars for the quality and value they given to me. Truly helpful. Hopefully corporate sees this and gives her and her team some recognition

I always come here when I need to print or make copies. The staff is alsways so helpful when I run into trouble using the copier. Today I was having a lot of trouble getting the email link to print. Dee went above and beyond to help me. I wouldn't have been able to figure out what I was doing wrong without her assistance.

Super convenient and ease use copiers. Except that one time, I needed help with laminating, and female team member (shucks, forgot her name) was courteous getting the job done. Been to this location many times, and they are consistently friendly and helpful when needed. Way to go team!

Lisa and Maria are angels. I showed up right at 7 pm when they close and they were locking up. I live on the North Shore and far from a FedEx office so I was desperate to get in. I begged! And they let me in and took my package. They didn’t have to but they were kind and generous and helped me out. It made my drive home and my day so much better. I was so grateful!!

The staff who helped me out was amazing. I saw her name tag and I think her name was Maria. Maria(4/29/2023 Sat 10am-10:30am) was professional, informative, helpful, reliable, and kind. I’d never expected this type of high quality service and experience from Fedex. I was really impressed!!

I literally was shy of couple minutes before the store was about closed, and although the door had the closed sign, the door was left slightly ajar for customer like me who likes to push the envelope. Lol. I was pleasantly surprised that the FedEx worker greeted with smiled as I approached her with my parcel and she assisted me with my transation with professionalism and friendliness. Didn't get her name but it was today Sat 5:58 p.m. I do hope this review makes it to the corporate office because workers like her should be compensated well.

Wonderful experience for especially going in on an emotional level of grief. Went to get my moms picture edited and blown up to make programs for her funeral. Eddie was a angel. Patient, knowledgeable, nice and efficient. Not enough words to express my experience. I will be back. Mahalo Eddie!!
