Tried to get my safety check 2 times, only to get shooed away from the line from staff member. Safety check times start at 7am, I got there at 7:20, there are 7 cars ahead of me and then staff member comes by and uses the same excuse. “There were 10 cars in line since 5:30 in the morning try come back later in the afternoon.” If someone is in line waiting, let them wait. I parked and watch from afar, other staff member shooed away more customers. They lost about 5 more customers and it was only 7:40am.
Luckily I found a place in Waipahu (Midas) and got my safety check done in 30 mins.

Oil Changers is the place to go if you need that yearly safety Check. They let me drop off my car and called me as soon as it was done. A+ service all the waaaaay!! Mahalo Oil Changers!

So very kind and considerate! They checked all of my lights and offered a military discount. I'm very pleased with the speedy service and helpful suggestions! Benjamin in particular was very sweet. I look forward to coming back for my next oil change!

The pearl city branch was Not Good... They made me move when I was next.Then I waited 45 minutes.Just to service was not good at all either

Went in 1hr before opening and I was the 2nd in line but first to do just a safety check. The gas station clerk greeted me and directed me where I should park. Once they opened the doors. I had my papers ready. He was so nice and greeted me before we started and asked me to please give him some time and wait in the waiting area. Went to waiting area. Very nice and clean and was about to my grocery list after I plan out my day of things to do after the safety check. He came into the waiting area and called me to the car and I paid and he gave my papers and wished me a great day! There’s more in between. But in general the service provide and received was great! Even the cashiers in the waiting area was nice and smiled before I came in then greeted me. I had a great experience in general. I recommend this place for sure! Prices are reasonable. And military discount for your car service. I don’t think for safety checks though.

As usual, my visit to Oil Changers for one of our three vehicles went very timely. The service staff conduct themselves professionally and kind.
