Stopped by cause it was a easy atm stop. Then it didn't give me my money. Went inside and the employees told me it was my problem to deal with. Asked for manager to solve problem. It's taking awhile. What was supposed to be a 5 second stop is now at 30 minutes. Garbage bank don't use this atm. It is now day two and this bank has still stolen $60 from me. They get to steal from me and I guess that's ok now for banks to do. It's a shame you can't call the cops on thieves like this. That manager there is worthless garbage. Needs to be fired for incompetence.

Very friendly service! The tellers all remember my name, and greet me when I walk in the door. I appreciate that. They recently launched a new website, as well as a mobile app, and both are very well done and user friendly. Home Street is a great bank with a neighborhood feel.
