“Purchased a new TEMPUR-PEDIC mattress and Ergo Smart base. Sales rep. Dayna was easy to deal with. Initially purchased a firmer mattress that needed to be exchanged for a softer one. Came back into the store and Dayna listened to our concerns. She told us to take our time feeling the mattresses out and did the exchange without any issues. The store is clean, offers many options, including TEMPUR-PEDIC, customer service was great, and we were able to exchange our mattress without any issues. Love the new mattress and so glad Dayna was our sales rep for both transactions (initial purchase and exchange). 5 stars for Dayna!”

“My father purchased a BioMat Professional from Richway 15 years ago after using one regularly at his physical trainer's gym. After my mom and I used it a few times, it was clear that "something good was happening", which is what my dad said convinced him to purchase his own after experiencing it at his trainer's studio. My father is now 72 and my mother is 70 and people are frequently commenting how great they look for their age - granted they have always been healthy, but I think the biomat usage has definitely been a big part of why they look/act so youthful. 10 years later, about 5 years ago after moving out and having not used the biomat in the 7 years or so since then, I was feeling sick with swollen lymphnodes in my neck, under my arms, and in my pelvic area. I was worried and did some research which brought me to the much studied and proven healing benefits of infrared light I re-discovered the biomat and decided to purchase one of my own. I found I lived 4 blocks from the Richway Fuji BioMat headquarters, picked it up, and the swollen lymphnodes and unwell feelings went away a few days after using the biomat. I just went there again today to purchase one for my Aunty (my half-brothers mom), because I think it might help with the inflammation that comes with her fibromyalgia, and had a fantastic experience there that prompted me to give this 5-star rating to Richway Fuji BioMat! I am a believer in the healing and general-wellness benefits provided by their products, and they are also a great company in my personal experience!”
