Originally took my wife's car in for a frontend alignment, which I thought it needed. Received a call back 30 minutes later to come pick it up. Scotty's informed me that the car checked out good on their machine and it was good to go (no charge). I was impressed with their honesty. They could have easily taken advantage of me, like so many other shops would have done. Their trustworthiness has kept me coming back for other repairs ever since and I recommend them every chance I get based on that story.

BEST service ever!! This is my 3rd vehicle I've taken to him and my lifted truck is my baby scotty was honest about the issues and didn't try to upsell me anything. His service, honesty, and hard work will keep me as a forever customer.

Best Place EVER!!! This is my 3rd vehicle I've taken to Scotty's and it's been the BEST EVER decision I've made!!! Scotty is honest about what needs to be done and doesn't try to upsell you anything. I've taken my old Tacoma, my Lift Tacoma, and my Nissan and all 3 vehicles he has done an amazing job!!!

Went into today 11/26/23 on a rainy day to get a wheel alignment. Got there about 15 min. before they opened at 8:00a since it's on a first come first serve basis. I was waking in the area looking for someone since it was my first time there, Owner came by and asked if I needed help in a friendly tone of voice. Told him I'm here to get a wheel alignment so he took my Tacoma information and asked me questions on what was the truck doing. He then told me that the shop doesn't open till 8:00 and they don't have a waiting area they just have seat outside of the shop which was fine with me. He took keys and drove my truck into one of his 3 bays. Next thing I hear is the air tools being used and this was before 8:00a. After maybe around 1/2 hour later, he comes and tells me that one side of my tie rod was loose and if I wanted to take it back to the place that I replaced to have it fixed or he could do for a additional cost. Told him if he could do it and I'll pay the extra charge. After couple hours and a few test drive my truck was done. I would definitely come back for the alignment service in the future and recommend this business. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, FRIENDLY, AND REASONABLE PRICE. I can honestly see why this business has high ratings (5*)
