This clinic is a joke. There was only 1 person ahead of my son and we still waited over an hour in the waiting room and another hour in the room with no one coming around to let us know anything. When I went out to ask I was told " the doctor would be in any minute to see him". Then I was asked "doctor hasn't seen you yet?". After over 2 hours of waiting around I asked if they could swab him for the test for us to leave and the doctor very rudely came in and said "it's just me today. I have a lot of patients see. What do you need". What I need is for your staff to provide correct information!! Don't tell us that you have to see one patient before my son and then leave us sitting in there for over an hour. Meanwhile everytime I poke my head out the doctor is on her computer. As I left with my son another mom was leaving with her daughter to go to the ER because this clinic can't seem to get it together enough to see more than 1 patient every 2 hours. Just a joke!!

Everyone was caring and courteous, from the front desk, to the nurse and doctor. The wait was far shorter than other urgent cares around the area (called several to see wait times before coming in). My daughter was seen promptly, and my concerns were taken seriously. My daughter is happier and healthier thanks to Dr. Davis and her team. We are so grateful for you.

Once I finally saw Dr. Anne Asam, after 90 minutes of waiting, I got answers and a good cocktail of meds so I could stop coughing for the first time in a month. I’m very pleased with the dr but disappointed with the long waits.

Wait time was kind of long but reasonable for an urgent care facility. Staff was very courteous and professional. Dr. Davis was very knowledgeable and explained the situation very well.

Check in and wait time was about 10min. Front desk staff was very friendly as well as the medical assistant Justine. Dr. Anne was very attentive and listened to my concern, provided medicine as needed. My husband and I was very satisfied with the service and care that was given. Thank you!

Overall friendly service and using the online check-in made me get in and out of there within the hour.However, I was disappointed when I said I wanted my prescription sent to one location, but they sent it to another even when they asked me again what pharmacy I wanted to pick it up yet. This made me delay getting my prescription.Moreover, if you call their number, it goes straight to voicemail and no one calls back. I tried calling about setting up my online health portal and no one from this center has gotten back to me.I assume they are busy, but these little mistakes and lack of follow-up makes me not fully satisfied with my experience.

Walked in to the Pearl City urgent care straight from my work place. Honestly waited for over two hours before having any contact with nurses or staff. While my hand was throbbing in pain. Would NOT recommend this facility !

The staff were thorough and successful in dealing with all of my concerns. One star off for wait time. I pre-registered and checked in upon arrival and still waited over an hour to be seen.

I made an appointment for 206 it is now 254 and no one has called my name someone who came after me got called but I didn’t I also checked in online and I still had to check in at the desk when I got in there I filled out a paper and then handed it back to the people behind the desk and I waited someone after me came in and they did the same steps and got seen before me at that point I was about to leave and a nurse came out asking for that half sheet of paper I filled out and they lost it I’m not too sure what they were doing they weren’t busy because they only had two other people in there besides myself they need to update something or do something different

Uncaring doctors! Update: since it’s been awhile and the clinic is close to my house I went to this urgent care again hoping to have a better experience this time with different provider. It’s sad to say, It’s the same experience but with a different provider. I was so sick and she didn’t prescribe me any medication. I suffered for few days and I couldn’t anymore wait to be better for 1-2 weeks. I called her and it’s only that time with her uncaring voice that she finally prescribed me medication! I’m not sure if I would continue to go to this Urgent Care.2023, I took my family member and unfortunately, it’s the same doctor and she did the same thing. It made the realized that it wasn’t me, it’s her. She wasn’t pleasant, rushing to get away and has that scolding voice to my daughter who’s sick has sore throat and can barely talk. Telling her the same thing that she will get better in 1-2 weeks without medication. But then a day after my daughter had 101.5 the white patches on her throat gotten worse, it’s more than what she saw, it hurts to swallow etc. when we called the receptionist without listening, she just say I’ll text you a link to register!!! She didn’t even want to listen first why we were calling beforehand. Who hired her??And that doctor, she should not be a medical professional with her attitude an I don’t understand why she could not prescribe the basic Amoxicillin for someone who has been suffering with sore throat with white patches on their throat and fever! I could see her as a lawyer in family law instead. :( also One star to the receptionist….unprofessional in handling phone calls or maybe just lack of training or that’s just her nature the way she speak to a caller. Overall, so sad this is not the place to go when you’re sick. :(
