Found the most spectacular piece at Endangered Pieces today. I have bought several things here so this review is long overdue...but it is an EXPERIENCE to shop here. Sensory overload there are so many unique, one-of-a-kind items.....truly remarkable. What a collection. I never fail to find something I can't live without!

I love this shop and all it's different antiques and oddities. I try to ask the owners if there are any rules before I start rummaging simply because things are delicate. Bring your well behaved children only. The values vary but the prices are always fair and negotiable. You can ask to have things shipped too so you don't have worry about carrying your goods yourself. Definitely a cool place to visit and you never know what you might find.

prices are high despite "50%" discount and $2 entry fee. I purchased a small piece for $15 that I really liked and when the owner asked me what I had paid for it from his wife, he abruptly took it away from me and told his wife to return the $ and said it was with $150. He could have been more conciliatory and gracious and I could have put up a real fuss but it wasn't worth it. He was a real jerk. I wouldn't go back.

Very disappointed. $2 entry fee is a scam. Most everything is labeled 50% off but the prices are still way too high for it to be anything but a marketing tactic. A lot of items are not priced and when we asked about one, the salesman looked it up on eBay and gave an astronomical price (more than what a brand new, never used version costed, I know this because I had been researching this item) while telling a story about how he bought $3million worth of stuff from a former actress and that item was one of hers. Personally I couldn't care less if an actress owned it at one point, especially if she's unnamed. Found some cool items in the clothing section but the rest of the store was more like a thrift store than antique store. No booths just isles of cluttered junk. Very dusty and unclean feeling in there.

Where do I start? I definitely know where to end. And the end of my shopping days at Endangered Pieces are over. Why? David Ross! Not only is this guy a pervert and creep but a thief. All the things you don't want wrapped up into one man. Ladies, be ware, he stole about 6 thousand dollars of my jewelry. Not gonna go into the whole story, but trust me he is like a snake waiting to strike. He will charge you 2 bucks to get in and 4 to get out. Who does that? Greed is this man's legacy. Turn on you like a dime. In the interim he will ask you if you want to come to his place and swing. Bring your husband or wife. Then he will send porn of his old a** having sex. I put up with all this bc he was holding my Tibetan cabinet that was apparently an antique, not! The painting was not who he said the artist is and never delivered my furniture. He said he'd refund me, for 300.00 less than I paid him. Again, he outright stole my gold jewelry, rings, bracelets and when I told him I'd call the police he tells me no one will believe you against me. Mysongyny, greed and evil. Good luck shopping there. He needs to be shut down immediately. Maui no need greed

My friend and I paid a $2 entry fee to meet a passive aggressive store owner. Wasn't entirely intrigued by the antiques seen in there.

Very nice selection of unusual items. Well worth the $2 admission which gets you 1/2 price off everything. Nice guy running it too.

What a cool place to walk around in. It's a little hidden and once you're inside there are sooooo many things to look at. An eclectic variety of items! There is a small $2 entrance fee but then you are given discounts on purchase. The owner David was really friendly and I recommend anyone to spend some browsing time

Rude Classist dude owner. Uncomfortable shopping experience with owner's tantrum cherry on top when I went to checkout and didn't go for most of their "half-off" prices still well above local market.

This shop should be avoided. The owner is difficult to deal with and very strange. To items I wanted to purchase turned out to be "not for sale". Just a hoarder and collector!

The owner of this store is an a-hole. Watch how he treats his employee on Dr. Pimple Popper. What an arrogant j****

This place is out of this world. It is a designers dream. I have been all over the world and there were thing here from places I have been at better prices. Fabulous Foo dogs at a great price. Italian glass lamps. Pink depression glass. Lots of one of a kind items that you just cannot find anywhere. I was so surprised at this place. It is a treasure hunt. Enjoy the adventure.

March 31, 2022 and the sign caught our eyes...you can see the building from Costco. Only $2/person and lots of parking! There is a little bit of everything in here and all kinds of Buddha and Japanese culture. All prices are very negotiable, as in start at 50 to 60% off of the sticker price...

I dealt with David when I lived in Kaanapali at least as often as I went to a nursery since I also love to garden. He and his staff are a lot of fun and the items are one of a kind! Plan to spend some slow time in his shop since you may be first attracted to the big items but fall in love with a small gem hidden in the pile. Sure, they may seem rude if you exude the wrong attitude, and they may rip you off if that's what you are afraid of, but the real fun to be found is in the negotiating and sharing of stories. Aloha!
