Actually, the customer was Alamo rental cars. My rental wouldn't start one morning due to a computer issue so Alamo send the tow company to get it while an Uber took me to get a replacement car. When I got back, the tow had been completed without issue. The hotel was happy with them also.

Even though it took longer than expected and arrived at midnight, great and efficient service! AVIS car trouble and brought a replacement Mahalo!
