The hot bar is subpar to many weird sauces, they stopped serving grass feed beef , a personal gripe . And who puts potatoes in a chicken pot pie? They do pretty well with the space they have the staff is great nice people helpful, it’s great to have an organic place with hard to find items near home, I go there often , it’s not cheap. The key lime pie is the bomb !

This is a great little grocery store. They have a well stocked bulk food section, helpful and friendly employees, and fairly good hot breakfast & lunch buffet the majority of the week. They tend to stock mainly local produce and carry some more niche health food items. My children are big fans of their custom made smoothies and sandwiches which you can get at the small deli window in the back.

I can always find what I need at Island naturals. They have a huge selection of supplements, coffee you can grind, local products, honey, a small bulk food section, a hot bar with vegetarian foods, and a decent dairy and drink selection.Produce options are kind of expensive but quality, even though there's not a ton of selection.They also sell some alcohol here, along with some truly delicious desserts and locally made breads. The staff is always super friendly and they have a nice little outdoor area if you need to sit down and have a bite. You can also find plants here sometimes!
