I'm writing specifically about the .I mostly go there for Amazon returns. I am STUNNED by the efficiency of the staff. I went there today for an Amazon return, the store just opened 8:30am. I saw 5 people walk in as I was parking my van. I figured " , ' ". But by the time I got my package out of my van, the people ahead of me ALREADY completed their business and I found myself next as I walked in. I was in and out of the store LITERALLY within 60 seconds. With all my transactions completed. And I got a "Merry Christmas" out of it. Thank You to the associate who helped me.

The level of customer service at store 7283 is unmatched! I have NEVER received that type of service, in any setting, anywhere else. The team that works at this store creates such a warm, friendly atmosphere that something mundane and "transactional" like checking mail or grabbing a package becomes something more - like checking in on and spending time with family. Everyone there knew my name, they remembered details I had shared about my stay in town, and they went out of their way to help me with any issues that came up - UPS related or not. I'm glad I chose THIS store for my mail and package needs while I was visiting. Going to that store was definitely a highlight of my time in Pahoa.

It is certainly nice to have a UPS store in Pahoa. Make's mailing packages and returning goods so much easier than having to drive into Hiko.

First off the woman that answered the phone was an interrupter, you know the rude people that don't let you tell them the whole story and interrupt you after a few seconds to blurt out some misunderstood answer. This happens many times in the "conversation". They also never returned my call from previous attempts to reach them.If you have to use them for the new Amazon return policy, they say they can't track anything because after they print out the receipt with the tracking number and give it to you the tracking number becomes untrackable. They told me there was no way to track my package in anyway because they "consolidate" all the Amazon packages under a new tracking number then sit on the new mega package for weeks before they send it. Amazon has a deadline to receive the package or the return is invalid. We are now close to that deadline. Her response again was we don't know if it was sent or not and is untrackable. Her conclusion, "Just keep checking with Amazon". TERRIBLE!

This should be called the Ohana UPS Store because that is precisely how they treat their patrons. Despite being a smaller location - they uphold the highest standards of customer care on a daily basis. We were onboarded with much aloha as we transitioned from the mainland. Our packages are handled professionally - they make added notes and advise us if/when packages arrive in less than perfect condition. They provide excellent transparency by notifying us via text when packages arrive so we can plan our pickup accordingly. It doesn't matter how busy the mailroom or how much foot-traffic they receive - you are always greeted with a smile which is accompanied with their constant willingness to help! We sincerely value and appreciate each staff member and applaud their management team. Thank you for the warm welcome and for all you do for my family and for the community. Mahalo!

This is a unique UPS Store where I've always been surprised by their excellent customer service and support. I love my box and the security I feel having my mail and packages delivered to this location. It's a little small however it provides some big services. Depending on the flow of their clients you might have to wait a few extra minutes but they all work efficiently to get you in and out with a smile. Mahalo

I love to go to this UPS Store whatever I need to send. The service guys are great, very kind and always helpful! I was there at least 20 times and always was treated and served with Aloha. Mahalo guys! You make a difference!

Sent my brother a label to ship/drop off at this location and the woman "OWNER" refused to accept my brothers package because their store couldnt make the commission off the drop-off package. Refused to accept it because she couldnt make the $1.50 commission and yet this store is the only UPS Store that has an issue accepting a pre-labeled drop-off because the label was created at a store on o'ahu. And my brother was just trying to ship an empty luggage back to us on O'ahu. Poor customer service. No such thing as ALOHA. Id spend my money and gas and go to another UPS Store.

No shipping to PO box, only told me after I was ready to ship. Had to pay $4 for envelopes. No notary like its listed. No photo for passports. No printing available. What's the point of this place
