Can I give 0 star because honestly the guy who talked with me he should definitely be prohibited to work on post, no respect at all and really mean...never seen this before I need the physical registration paper and my ID to do a oil change

Honestly had a great experience getting my vehicle inspected here. Probably was the fastest, most hassle free experience I've had on the island and I've lived here for several years. Just be cognizant of their schedule and call ahead. All services are walk-ins. The shop its self seemed pretty decent with many bays available and people seemed to be getting lots of help working on their cars by the mechanics who work here.

I've been going here for years and love it they have a great staff the owner is super helpful, they have taught me just about everything I know about auto repair and I have been coming here for almost 10 yrs great place to fix your car for low cost

Go during non lunch hours and you’ll speed through your safety check. The only catch is it requires base access to visit.

Utterly horrible customer service. Called the number, its out of service, came in person to ask about the oil change and the heavier bald old man sitting at the desk was incredibly rude like it wasn’t his job and was beneath him to have to answer my questions. I never even got a full answer. He just said “ we’re updating the times and prices on our website” but wouldn’t tell me what they are. If you need an oil change I wouldn’t rely on this place unless you’re bringing the oil and doing it yourself which seems pretty easy compared to whatever they offer.

Called to ask about scheduling safety inspection. Was abruptly cut off and rudely told that they are not doing them and haven’t been for 4 months. Very, very unimpressed and disappointed with their customer service. The installation (Schofield) should be embarrassed to have these people employed on base. *Immediately* came here to leave a poor review.

Really nice place to work on your car. You have to take an exam in order to work in the shop. Probably takes around 10-15 min study and 5 min to take exam. They have kind staff members who is able to help you if you need anything. And you can borrow some tools from them as well. Price are affordable and good price.

J and Erik helped me. They helped me last year too. MWR, if you are reading this...they are great. Having a motorcycle inspection capability on post is FANTASTIC! They are no nonsense...get it done kind of people...they were nice but did not lollygag.
I will always take my bike and cars there.
Cheaper, faster, and easier (appointments, but they are not booked out 2 weeks).

Very long lines and waits to be told come back tomorrow, they are busy and they don't care. Typical disrespectful civilians on a military installation getting away with treating soldiers poorly because they get away with it
