One of the managers there is very rude and condescending when it was an issue that needed to be discussed internally amongst her team and other manager.

Typical GameStop, friendly staff, decent selection. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because they very often have SO MANY boxes of products waiting to be put on shelves, that it's very hard to walk around the store. I'm not sure if perhaps they don't have a store room for their products, but it means many times I simply cannot go in the store, because I literally cannot push a stroller in and walk. There simply isn't room.

Horrible experience here. My nephew bought a $40 dollar action figure and we were trying to return it. The girl employee had curly hair and glasses on. She was rude and condescending. She was confusing herself and me because she said I can’t return it because it was opened. It was not opened. I said I wanted to get the managers number and she said she won’t be in till Thursday. The receipt clearly says I could return it in 15 days. I will not come here again. I don’t know how hard it is to complete a simple return. She clearly was having a bad day or something. Bad customer service and not accommodating at all. No wonder they are going out of Business!

Best Gamestop on the island. Most helpful, most friendly, most responsive. Manager Jasmine and her team should hold a workshop for all other stores on how to handle business.

Walked in on 16th of NOV 2022. The ladies straight looked at me and said nothing. They didnt ask me if I needed help. I had said excuse me and the white lady worker looked at me then looked down. This place is off to a bad start for me.

Went there today. Mr. Mike was super professional, helpful and friendly much better experience today.

This game stop had amazing employees and a great area with new consoles. They didn’t take my dads old Xbox 360 but gave me a tip and said book off in pearl ridge will take it. They didn’t take my Xbox 360 games or dvds and that’s fine. They took most of my games and gave a decent price for them. I tried selling a Xbox carry case that had a screen so you can play anywhere. But they said they can’t take it overall this is a good place and has a Clarence rack overall i give this store a 7/10?

Yeah I’m gonna openly say, the customer service here. SUCKS. People who work there talking about “I wanna jump off a bridge” infront of children. Making me feel bad for bringing in a trade in. Honestly- I had no problem until what I heard and dealt with today. I am dissatisfied. I followed the rules (that’s on the website) asking me to bring in my trade in with the factory reset. The two working behind the counter today, October 10th, 2022- made me feel horrible for bringing it in. “Oh another trade in. I already did so many today.”Get a GRIP on your store. I won’t be returning or buying. I’ll drive to Waipahu, who gave me wonderful and GREAT customer service today.

Employees always seem to be knowledgeable, very slim pickings as it's a smaller store. Its pretty much hit or miss with anything there. They don't seem to get many funkos in. I mean its a game stop on post so I'm not surprised
