“First time at a Walmart in Hawaii. By comparison to other stores across the country this is towards the top in terms of selection cleanliness and choices. Prices are still ok for being on the island. We've also used the delivery service and it was quick and convenient. If you're a tourist, definitely get what you need here delivered to your hotel or air BNB.”
“They have improved so much since they opened. I feel at home when I go there I'm greeted by all the workers and have developed a friendship with certain workers we even have our own inside jokes so I feel welcomed and comfortable”
“I stopped by Longs drug waipahu just to pick up my medicine and no plans to shop, but a few sale items caught my eye. When I went to check out, a sweet senior lady named Kathleen noticed I was holding my prescription and a receipt. She kindly asked if I had checked for any discounts, and when I said no, she took a moment to look it over for me.
To my surprise, she found $6 discount i could use right away. Then asked if i wanted to upgrade my Longs drug card, which will give me another $10 off with my purchase today.
She was incredibly helpful, friendly,and genuinely cared about helping me save not just today but on future visits too.
We chatted a bit, and she mentioned she would have retired years ago but chooses to keep working for her health. I completely admired that and told her how much I appreciated her kindness.
My original total was $37 and thanks to Kathleen, it dropped to $19! People like her truly make a difference.

“Shopping in Pearl City, O'ahu, Hawai'i...As we passed Sam's Club while we were riding the new Skyline (rail transportation), my friend from First Grade suggested that we stop by and get lunch there.Okay! We drove from the Halawa Station to the free covered parking at Sam's Club. I'm not a member, so, I didn't know about the $5.98 (plus 4.712% tax) Kalua Pig plate - what a deal! It came with two scoops of rice and a scoop of macaroni salad - such a great deal! The Mac salad was a bit bland, but the kalua pig was good!We ate in the cafe of Sam's Club. It's in the corner, near the restrooms. It was a rather cozy space with almost no air conditioning. I had to squeeze our shopping wagon in-between customers and tables and benches. Hmmm...Yes, we had a shopping cart. Some items were just too good to pass up. For example, I got cherries. They were pretty sweet! We also got Mickey Mouse zippered hoodie jackets. They were on sale for less than $15 and were the last two in our size! I also found bags of mochi crunch (Costco didn't have any the last few times that I looked).I wished that I had a cooler in my car. I would have gotten salad kits. I paid about $8 at Foodland. Here at Sam's Club, a similar kit was $2.99. Uhg!Well, maybe I can tag along with my sister to Sam's Club one day. But then again, maybe I'm saving money by not going to Sam's Club? Haha!One challenging thing was:some of the poles were placed in the aisles. We'd have to wait for people to pass before we could get through. Awkward...Overall, it was a fun shopping experience. I liked the spaciousness, air conditioning, clean, bright environment, and scan and go feature. My friend scanned and paid online. We walked right out of the store!”
“In need of new tires due to car shaking and pulls while acceleration. So went to Sam’s club tires at Pearl city, and the employees were very knowledgeable and professional, and they were able to take in my vehicle that day too. My wife and I appreciate Sam’s club tires at Pearl city for an excellent job especially during the holiday season.”

“This review is long overdue!! (and it might be long) I try to support local businesses and Newtown Square Pharmacy is among those on my list. They've become my go-to pharmacy. Pharmacist Lorrie and her team of Sue and Nicolette are the backbone of the business. Friendly and genuinely caring people who are eager to help. Besides my prescriptions, I also pick up certain OTC items here. If they don't have it stocked, I'll place a phone order and within a day or two the items arrive. A highlight about this pharmacy is their free delivery service. You can arrange a time of delivery in person or on the phone. Along with her bright smile, Lorrie possesses a certain professional charisma that draws you in. She makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk to. (I tend to talk too much) During my very first visit there, she took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me through a decision I was facing. Lorrie will also go over your prescriptions and explain how to take them. Whenever I buy an OTC product, she brings out several and explains each one. She is very patient and will repeat herself several times until I understand. I can't say enough about Newtown Square Pharmacy - they deserve more than 5 stars. Whether you'll be greeted by Lorrie, Sue or Nicolette - their smiles and enthusiasm always make you feel welcomed and appreciated.”

“I usually visit Pearl Ridge Longs however I went to Pearl city this time I was specifically looking for Biolage conditioner however, I picked up the wrong one and bought the shampoo instead. I was able to use my 40% discount and applied it to this product. When I got home I noticed I picked up the wrong one and returned it back to the Pearl city store. There was an issue about getting the 40% discount applied to the new one however, the store manager was able to rectify the situation and just did an even exchange. Nevertheless, a happy camper thank you City Longs. J Char”

“Out of convenience, this is my pharmacy of choice. I will agree with some others that things were better when they were a Target Pharmacy before they changed to a CVS Longs Pharmacy. I miss the target bottles with the color coded rings. I've always had great service and they've always been super helpful. I've had some insurance issues and prescription issues however the pharmacists and workers always tried to help me resolve them. They've also been great when I get my flu shot here as well. Most of my prescriptions are on auto refill. Sometimes there is a long line to pick up and a long wait for drop off prescriptions however I don't think this should affect my review. They're just really busy like most pharmacies. I've waited a lot longer and had more issues at some other pharmacies I don't want to name. I'm glad that I can still use my Target Redcard here and also get Target coupons for getting my flu shot and filling prescriptions. ******** Medicine pick up Super convenient for me Friendly and helpful”

“The people that work here are very nice and do the work efficiently. If you do not use their QR code make sure you make enough time to wait for a good while. If you do use the code it’s less time waiting and they text you when your medicine is ready for pick up. I’m giving it a five star for their people that work there and not based it on the wait time. You don’t want to wait use the QR Code.”
