“There is nothing like good old snail mail and thank God for the USPS of Haleiwa. Granted, as tourists, perhaps our views are skewed, but truly had quick and kind service here. Losa made us laugh and recommended the best packaging for our mail. Never thought I’d write a review for a government agency, but here we are. Thanks to Losa and the team at Haleiwa!”
“Great counter service, lots of parking and plenty of shipping products. Drive through mailbox- note if you’re trying to get an important letter mail I think the last drop off time is 4 PM just to be safe if you wanted to go down the hill to the airport sorting station.”

“I just moved to Waianae from Waikiki. I have to say that this office in Waianae is much much better than any other post offices I have visited for the past 15 years, including the main office at the airport. So far, the clerks here are so helpful and polite. They take time to look for my lost packages. And the truck driver / mail man in my area is also very helpful, bringing our packages to our car on a cart instead of letting me struggling carrying them from the counter out. When I called, I 've gotten answer right away within 2-3 rings. Staffs here is the best!”
“The only thing I don't like is the smell on urine near my box. Doors are off so homeless sometimes come in for a bathroom break. Wish there was more lighting.”

“These reviews are tripping. They were a lot kinder to me than any off post USPS I’ve ever been to. The guy that helped me out had a huge smile on his face & was so nice. Maybe reflect on the type of energy you bring to this place because more than likely, they’re probably just mirroring your energy. & I had no problem sending off my package so I’m extremely unsure of what possible issue y’all could’ve had. I didn’t send a laptop today but I have before & you CAN send laptops off, they just have to stick a big scary “lithium battery” sticker on the package & you have to pay an extra fee. So again, unsure of why any of y’all have ever had an issue lmfao. I, however, will not be touching another off post USPS for the rest of our time in HI. Thank you to the workers here!!”
