The Cooper Center is a vibrant community space and non-profit organization in the heart of Volcano, established in 1987. It serves as a bustling market, a gathering place, and a haven for local creativity. The center hosts a very nice Thursday farmers market, which opens early, featuring food trucks in the parking lot and vendors inside selling diverse items. Visitors can find all kinds of fruits, veggies, fresh produce, fresh coffee, bread, and other local goods like candles, jewellery, honey, and soaps. The market offers tasty and authentic food options, including Thai food, BBQ, tacos, and baked goods, providing excellent value. It is a lovely, nice, and quiet place where people meet, and the community feels happy and friendly. The center also supports the community by distributing food baskets and features a small skate park for kids.
We went to the Thursday Fair here. It was a nice smaller Fair with some nice items.

Good Thursday night farmers market. I found some tasty chocolate bars, and beautiful handmade cards.

Thursday market is very nice!Food tracks are on the parking lot, the rest of the vendors are inside in 3 different rooms, make sure you check everything.
