Don was like an Angel during a time of high stress for me when my serpentine belt came off. I originally called him for towing, which turned into him being an amazing, knowledgeable mechanic for my car trouble! Very respectful, and so kind! Reasonable rates. I highly recommend him! I would highly recommend Dons Big Island Towing to anyone needing help with their car.Don came to Volcano National Park to fix our flat tire and he saved the day! Very competent, reasonable pricing and amazing customer service.The Dollar Rental Car Roadside assistance rep wanted to send a tow truck from Hilo and tow the car back to where we started this morning. It would have set us back at least 5 or 6 hours.Service: Tires

First class auto carrier ramp truck transport, not a tow truck! *** is busy so you may have to wait until late in the day for a reply, but he was great. He carefully loaded and carried our broken car to ****** Hilo for a very fair price, without it being dragged behind a tow truck. Would use *** again for any car transport needs. *************************

Don is the best! He has helped me and friends many times with mechanic work and towing. Great advice. He found problems through diagnostics that other mechanics had misdiagnosed before putting in those parts.
