The cashiers are always glaring at everyone. And most are not very helpful and extremely rude! They don't seem very customer service oriented and definitely not trained much for customer service. It feels like you're inconveniencing them by being in the store. Most don't even smile. They just glare.

Nicest clerk works there! She went out of her way to help me find an item. Very kind, Aloha spirit

Store personnel were really nice. Store was clean and well stocked. Their store is in a slightly different configuration than most 7-11 outlets (the register is in an island and not against the wall). The store also has gas at this location. It is located on a busy intersection and has limited parking stalls.

Most convenient quick stop on the way down to North Shore. Is the gas cheap? Nope. But it's of convenience that we frequent this location. They have an array of candy. Some remind me of the ones you could get from Whitmore Manapua man. Sometimes the pumps and parking stalls are packed and at other times we get lucky. Cashiers are straightforward and not friendly at all. A smile could change your whole day aunty.

Be careful with your debit card at this store! The cashier told me my transaction was declined, ran my card a second time. Both transactions posted to my account. The manager Norma was not helpful in resolving my problems, she kept saying she did not could not find the duplicate transaction even after I logged in to my bank account and showed her exactly when and where they took place

This place is a sham. If you plan to come here and grab gas, better pray your credit card works. Tried 3 different credit cards and still didn't work, so I paid with credit card inside. Unfortunately, you'd have to prepay before they turn on the pumps and if you aren't filling up to the full amount, they will not refund you if you don't make them. I prepaid $20, and only filled up $7. Before I went to fill the tank, I asked the lady at the register if they refund the difference and the lady said they would refund the card. I went on my merry way and found that they did not initiate any sort of refund, even after I called them the same day to make certain. Be careful if you come here and get your receipts. Otherwise, I'd avoid this place.

7-11 is beginning to be the go to place for breakfast, lunch and SNACKS! Before work, before the beach and just before any occasion. The staff there always greets you as you enter the doors. The food, OMG! The food has so many varieties that sometimes for me is hard to choose from. Especially when it comes to the Musubis, regular, Teri, Katsu, which one? Which one? No matter which one that you pick they are delicious and the coffee for all you coffee drinkers are always made fresh. Thank you 7-11 with very reasonable prices and on my work to work and home! See you tomorrow!

This is one of that most disturbing reviews I've ever had to write. I walk in and I fell as if I have teleported to Manila, Philippines. All you hear is loud talking in Filipino. Now don't get it twisted. I used to live in wahiawa, for one, and I'm born and raised in hawaii, for two, some of my best friends are Filipinos, for three, and finally 2 kids from a previous relationship are Filipino. So it's not a racist thing. It was just very uncomfortable that the employees were conversing to other employees and a couple of customers in Filipino. I think it's very rude to the customers. There was also a tourist man who was waiting to be served but the cashier was too busy talking to a customer int he side. In Filipino I might add. Very very unacceptable. Maybe if I was as elenas, Thelma's, or jolibee but not 7-eleven. Sorry.

I give this 7-Eleven 5 stars because of the sweet little ladies that work there and how they do their best to keep the store clean and well stocked. It's not the easiest thing to be working at a 7-Eleven in Wahiawa because of all the homeless that come through, but these lovely ladies keep everything in check and they are pleasant every single time I go there. Great customer service. My fave 7-Eleven on Oahu :)
