I experienced outstanding customer service from Kelcee at the wahiawa cricket. When I arrived I was unsure of what phone I'd like to get. She was very kind and personable and help me decide which phone best fit my needs. I am so very happy!! I love my new phone ! I will travel to this store location again. When we got to talking and to the sign up we then found out we have the same last name which I then thought this was meant to be. Thank you so much for having kind employee's and Kelcee making my whole day!!

It people are friendly bit I can't even get onto the internet or my apps it was working when I first got it but now it just blinks or it doest even show the arrows both arrows was always solid now it's not my plan is unlimited but I can even go on most of the time I have to use the wifi and not able to use my data

The workers have good customer service always greeting any one that opens their door they helped me setup my phone transfer everything from my old device to my new one and they downloaded my cricket app and show me how to view my monthly bills account info refer a friend and turn my autopay on and off. Excellent customer service!
